They did not try to force a sale on me before leaving the store, it was more of 'this is what we have and here are the details about it'. Rebecca seemed to know the history of every car on the lot, and what she didn't know, someone else did. “Doing business at Belcastro willl not be your typical 'used car salesman' experience. I will always be glad that I chose to do business with Bob and Karen Belcastro. They were professional and amazing to work with. I drove quite a distance, and the deal we made on the phone was the same when I arrived. At the time I first drove the car, they/we all realized there was a day running light out. They offered to make it right, despite it ending up costing $2400 parts/labor to replace it. They sent me a check to cover that expense. I drove all the way from Colorado Springs to Grand Junction to do business with them, and I would do it all over again. Granted, they had a car that is special to me, but they made it worth it too - in terms of their car's pricing and the value they offered on my trade. We weren't able to find a vehicle here that suits our needs, but they have been helpful where a lot of dealers won't lift a finger to try and figure something out.
