Brian gave me a lot of free advice and not one of his suggestion involved buying anything from them. If you're looking for an honest opinion on your suspension go see them. It's rare these days to find a place that's not honest or isn't trying to upsale you on something you don't need.”

“I want to give a shoutout for Patrick at this NAPA store. I went in to get new windshield wipers for my Subaru. It was my intention to try and install them myself. When I inquired about returning for help if I couldn't figure out how to do it, the guy who serviced me (Brian) said he would not be able to help because he had a busted up hand. ???? Patrick came immediately to the rescue. He cheerfully went outside with me (and it was hot outside!) and replaced the worn-out wipers on my car with the new ones - showing me and patiently instructing me every step of the way. Since I am now an old lady, I appreciated Patrick's service so much. So thank you Patrick.”

“My truck was backed into where I work. I had no idea it occurred until the following day. I was able to retrieve the CCTV footage of the incident, filed a police report, but no luck in tracking down the culprit. Video was posted on FB for folks to BOLO for and the next day my wife received a PM from Brad at Watkins Collision offering to assist us.
They were kind enough to work a generous deal with our insurance and get us back on the road. Service was quick and prompt, paint job matched perfect, and we were only down about 4 days.
Kudos to Brad and crew. They do great work inside and out and I highly recommend them. Also thanks for the old door, bout time for a new one, see you soon!”
