I'm tired of having to stand in line at the only register open while multiple employees are standing around. It's impossible to get good service in this store. I usually drive across town to the rimrock location and this is part of the reason why.

This store absolutely sucks. In every possible way. "Online Delivery" is a joke. The store "supervisor" said that they don't 'deal with that department', when I called at 7pm when our grocery order never showed up at 4pm. She basically said to cancel it and order it express, which is a 10$ or more, and then they will deliver it, AFTER it was 3 hours late.
And so I was forced to cancel the order completely, because why would I wait for it another day? Just to not know if it will show up at all??
This woman was completely unhelpful, she sounded to put it lightly, clueless and 100% careless.
So dont order you're groceries to be delivered from this store, especially if you expect them to show up at all...
So I did call corporate, I did cancel my order.
Luckily, their customer service at Walmart cooperate was surprisingly very sweet, she was so nice she turned my entire attitude around.
Walmart stores I think should Keep their word when they say they'l deliver at a certain time,
They should at the very least be there that same day.
Why on earth would anyone PAY for Walmart plus, when they have stores like this.
I hope they turn their service around. Like a complete 180°

I just hate Walmart. The people, the atmosphere, everything. I can't have one normal experience when I go to these stores. Online pickup? Sure, but you have to wait in your car for 30 minutes. Need to know what aisle a new release is on? That's too bad. I asked 4 different people and got 4 different wrong answers. I ended up stumbling upon it myself. I avoid this place if I can.
