I have been with them for many years. I always been treated well either on the phone with them or today I had a appointment with Cipriano Valentin, Personal Banker, at the North Avenue location, to go in and he was so very patient, kind, caring and I never felt rushed. He explained things to me. A very pleasant experience. Thank you!

Beautiful building and the tellers are very very kind, however when it comes to doing your taxes once you have done business evolving bonds with them it is extremely difficult. They do not provide you with a 1099-INT or their TIN. Calling them to get this info is very hard as you can't get ahold of a person right away. Had to push random buttons with the automated system for a good while and once I got ahold of someone they still didn't know the TIN and I was left waiting for another call back. The other bank I dealt with (Alpine) mailed out the 1099 form and it had their TIN on it.

It's a very scary place. I have an appointment for 3pm. My girlfriend and I came here in 2.55 minutes. It's not until 4 o'clock. Nobody noticed us. There are many staff. But I have no idea what they're up to. They don't even like the job. Every time they treat their guests with a proud expression. Last time I was in this place. They got me wrong deposit three times. Even the clerk is not familiar with this business. The staff are not trained at all. Really bad experience. If you don't want to ruin your day. I suggest you stay away from this place. Very angry, very angry, very angry! ! !

Tried to start an account. 2 hrs later wells fargo still couldnt fix their computer errors. Huge waste of time but they sure wanted me to find the account I didnt have access to. Avoid this place

Expect to wait at least 30 minutes in line. There’s usually only 2 tellers operating yet a line is usually forming in a regular basis. 50% of the time the tellers are courteous while the other 50% they are short and annoyed. It doesn’t seem as though this branch is customer service motivated.

Waited at the drive thru for over 30 minutes then they said to go inside and then I waited for another 20 minutes. The girl inside was super nice but the unexpected wait made me late for an appointment

Needed to get new savings accounts setup and close some accounts my parents had access to for when I wasn't an adult. The banker was very helpful! She showed me how to do it through the app and was very easy to follow. I had no problems and it wasn't busy when I came in. 10/10 I recommend.

If you want to get locked out of your atm account on a holiday weekend sign up with Wells Fargo. They won’t help and they don’t care about you. I do not trust this bank.

Slow there are like Walmart got 10 employees walking around but only 2 cashier's took me 35 minutes to get thru there line.
