This is a mega bank business. I had accounts in NM, AZ, and CO due to business and personal business in those states. Plenty of branches, ATM's, etc. over the years. Now what is missing is consistency, personal banking assistance, Corporate Coordination, and trained representatives. What is provided in NM won't be what you get in Colorado. Arizona does service that NM doesn't, things are treated differently in each branch. Personal bankers give different views on bank policy, interruption of rules and they rely on a remote legal system/advisers , even for reviews to close an account. It is my opinion that many business transactions are are run through legal is because of their illegal and unethical banking practices they experienced in the past. The COVID was the event that convinced me to find another bank. Making an appointment was a pain, appointments missed, no direct communication with favored branches and the inability to provide investment, loan, estate transactions, etc without being moved from banker to banker...by appointment only of course. And that process varied month to month. Their on line banking was however very easy. I used it when possible to avoid delays at branches and avoid sale pitches. There are plenty of banking vendors. Choose carefully. After 20+ years with this bank I closed all my accounts due to their inconsistent corporate service model. They no longer met my needs or expectations for service.
