One of the absolute worst shipping experiences I've ever had. The woman that answered the phone to schedule the delivery had zero people skills, was rude, unprofessional, and had zero willingness to help solve the problem. She told me that they needed to have permission from the original company to use a lift gate to get the 200 lb box off the truck. I reached out to the original company to ensure that the correct authorization was given, which was confirmed. When the delivery was scheduled, it showed online for days that it was scheduled for midnight, they showed up at 2:30pm without a truck with a lift gate or the ability to deliver my order and a note saying they will not be attempting another delivery.

Driver showed up to my facility and informed me that he would be dropping his trailer on my dock for the weekend so he can make other deliveries. We typically run about 30 loads per day across our dock and we can't just not do business for a few days. To be fair, the driver was apologetic and understood our dilemma, it was the dispatch that instructed him to do so, and was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. I told them we could unload in less than 15 minutes rather than drop the trailer and I was informed that would cause the driver to miss all the rest of his deliveries for the day.We finally got the truck to the dock and unloaded (less than 10 minutes) and 8 of the 12 pallets were either damaged or completely destroyed (just a few pictures below). Fortunately the product was OK, but we are unable to store it properly at our facility due to the condition it arrived in.NOTE: The only reason they got 2 stars instead of one is because the driver was professional and polite, even though he knew the situation his dispatch put him.

Watched a bunch of their drivers block off access to and from the loves in grand junction today swapping trailers. Since their a local company shouldn't they be doing that in their own yard? Not stopping long haul drivers from getting fuel and getting their loads delivered. The drivers where asked at 1 am if they were going to be long they said no. Almost 5 hours later and about 10 or so more trucks they are still choking traffic flow.

delivered a tractor, very good service here, they really appreciated me bringing the truck and went above and beyond to help me get where I needed even after hours. thank you guys, ill be back.

Yeah I read some of these reviews and was expecting things to get goofy. They didn't, at all. My shipment was late by 3 days over Labor Day weekend during a pandemic so no biggie. Very nice folks in the front office AND warehouse and always answered the phone quickly and had no problems getting answers. And the cool new fancy bumper on my new truck I had shipped looks RAAAAD! So thank you XPO Logistics!

As an operations director of a small, yet substantially established, custom trailer and tiny home manufacturer I found the Grand Junction branch of this company to operate at an inadequate level. I have yet to see our supplies from a Denver location arrive more than 2 day after departure here in Olathe when using other logistic service providers.After departing the supplier on a Thursday our supplies made it over 3/4 of the way to their destination by the next day to sit in this logistic company's possession an hour away from their destination between Friday and Wednesday.After calling them on Friday to confirm our order's location and being told it would be here Tuesday, I was updated upon my call that Tuesday that the delivery was postponed until Wednesday due to "having received a quantity of freight that disabled them" from fulfilling what they committed to. This is not acceptable and undermines our production schedule, is rather unprofessional, and indicates poor workload management by key personnel within their location that has adversely affected us. I would not recommend this company for courier services if you are a business that depends on prompt and reliable service. Not to mention, dealing with a clerk/csr that was apathetic to us as a customer and what is going on with our interests is less than desirable, necessary, or appropriate. We paid for services that rendered our supplies deprioritized and treated the calls as a nuisance.

I would of gave them 5 stars from previous experience of shipping time but this last freight order was three days late. And some of my freight boxes have been slightly banged up. I was fortunate that the manufacturer boxed them up well.

Horrible!!! I scheduled a delivery 4 times and my item still hasn’t been delivered!!! Time is money!! There is a major lack of communication in this company and I definitely wouldn’t recommend using them to anyone!!!! I have never had such a bad experience with any company in my life!!!!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a peloton bike and after two months of excuses from XPO on why my bike cannot be delivered, they told me they could not deliver due to my service area. I find this funny as my neighbor received a Peloton bike from them this week.
