No one working there ever knows how to scan the rewards (barcode) in the app, I’ve shown them the barcode every time I check out and they scan it- but no transactions are ever recorded in my app- this is the only store in town I have this problem with- it’s clearly the lack of knowledge of the cashiers-

In my experience this far I must say that I enjoy my brief conversations with the staff, they have what I need and they get you on your way in short order. The facility was clean and the entire place was in excellent condition.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Most disgusting store I have ever been to. Floor sticky with coffee spills. Pizza on the counters collecting flies. Trash on the floor and self serve. Nothing is stocked or works. Signs on everything saying out of order. Not to mention the last working the counter. Head phones in making phone calls. Ignoring customers. And when asked a question her only answer is "sorry. I'm not from here. I'm just covering". Absolutely horrible.

your prices are getting out of hand!i remember when a bag of chips costed 35 cents tax and all!your customers are suffering out here and the fact that u keep jacking prices up is absolutely unacceptable

What's going on? I usually go by this store in the morning because it's on my way to work, but all the sudden nothing is stocked, everything has been moved, and the employees are miserable. they must have new management or something because this store is in BAD shape right now. I've seen nothing good come of this new change in teh last few weeks.

This place is garbage. Would not recommend ever stopping here, and definitely wouldn't recommend paying $2 for their air machine that doesn't work.

The cashier charged me for the wrong stuff couldnt fix it rang it n on the other register n said she couldnt do anything. But could ring up the customers behind me after I waited for 15 mins trying to fix it. Pulled my money out of the register gave it back to me while the mouths behind me started running their mouths because I asked why I couldnt pay for my stuff. So I was sposed to wait so she could help them with a frozen computer but not me I was threatened by customers screamed at n humiliated for asking a question. People r sued for less today. Filing a corporate complaint as well as calling the GM. Nobody should be treated like that when ur employee is at fault. Peruod.

I have always tried to avoid this gas station when possible the cashier's have horrendous attitudes and are in no way friendly or helpful. I found myself having to stop here for gas a month or so ago and encountered 1 clerk that has completely changed my opinion and I now make it a daily stop ( only during the day when she works because I still feel the same about the other cashier's on each shift) Stacy is the GREATESTcashier always happy to see everyone and she's so friendly and helpful to everyone and her customer service is off the charts!

Went to get gas and waited 5 mins cuz one employee was outside talking and the other was in back and didn't respond or say anything when finally coming to the counter. I've never had that hirable of service here before. When Johnathan is there I've always been taken care of in a timely manner.

Only reason it gets four stars is because it's open 24 hours. Nothing else in Greeley seems to be open even remotely late anymore these days. Bummer!

Worst interaction ever! I went in to get a couple things to drink and had asked how many people had switched out since I was last here. The people here used to be professional and respectful not calling people "Karen" . They used to hold mild conversations about how things are changing and what is new. Nick doesn't seem too worried about his job. Plus who knows if that is his name since the 2 working do not have name tags on as required by 7-Eleven corporations. Tried telling me that he is a manager and can do what he wants. People have rude behavior and discrimination against disabilities and service dogs. this behavior is appalling.

I will never shop in a 7-eleven again! Prices don't match with what's posted. Then when you point it out to them, they argue with you and in the end make a point to say "that it may help" then look you up and down...Being a bigger person I could not believe that's what they do to a loyal customer!
