Ordered pizza sent my son to pick up with order number and she refused him and i had to send my phone from work to pick up a order uncalled for and cold pizza and a slurped of juice wow what a place no respect either with there mice running around do not go here never had worst service yet i live around corner no wonder only homeless go there she must be selling to them cuz they walked out with just a name not asking for whole phone order on a pick up pathetic

Kelly is absolutely amazing and always so kind and professional, but I hate how entitled jerks treat her! I was in about a week ago, and someone was yelling at her just for trying to ID them for a sale on alcohol. Despite the rude customer trying to get her to break the rules and risk her job, she was still kind and professional to him just like she is with everyone who walks in the door. None of the staff deserves the disrespect they face from similar customers who demand to be an exception to state law, and they don't get nearly as much credit as they deserve.

Absolutely love this location, and I love the staff here!!! Everyone, especially Kelly, is so nice, and, no matter what lies people tell about the employees just because the employees are doing their job the right way, the staff is always so kind and professional. The only time I've seen anyone get denied service is because they either got caught stealing or refused to show ID.
The staff deserves more credit than they get, and I blame the people who think rules don't apply to them and believe they're entitled to special treatment when they refuse to follow the rules.

I scored this 7-eleven 5 stars not long ago. I go here quite frequently, almost daily. Today I give you 3 stars because of the horrible service I got today. As I was walking in, the older woman working, was coming out with trash. I was about to politely say... I will wait until you throw the trash. Instead I let her roll her eyes and give me a smirk like I ruined her day. Made me definitely feel unwanted, so I didn't even walk in the store. I just told her I will go somewhere else, so I did and that service was Fantastic!! So I will not be going to this 7 eleven as much or at all

I'll have to get names but the night employees are the best (don't think I've met day yet). I show up in my pajamas at three am to buy an ungodly amount of gatorade? We have a nice exchange and they send me on my way. They're also so patient when I try to use the app.

I have made the mistake of coming here multiple times. No more! This is my last trip in this 7-11. If it's not some smelly lbgtqsomething or other it's a rude counter person of whatever "Designation". I don't even care just don't treat me like you don't see me. Holy Cow! There ate much better places to spend my hard earned money. Like Agfinity!

Lady refused to take a 5$ bill and 8 quarters to sum up 7$.
I'd understand if i were paying in smaller change, but to deny me for using 8 quarters was so unreasonable, so i figured out another way, she started swearing at me because i didn't like her attitude towards me and i politely said "please do not swear at me, I'm a customer" as I'm walking out. She yelled and said "what did you say" as im approaching the door to leave, i said again "please do not swear at me." She then yelled at me twice while i exited "UP YOURS 2X".
I honestly believe she was racist from the start because she wanted to refuse me right when i walked in, i asked for cigarettes and she wanted to refuse my License because I'm not from CO. She i feel was honestly looking for a reaction and to find drama in a drama-less situation. I just moved here and I've been going to this 711 for a few days, this is the first time I've seen her and come into this situation here. I'll definitely being taking this further if nothing is done about this situation.

Morning employees are the best. Steven still has a piss poor attitude as usual lol but we just avoid the store when he's working... Great job on keeping up with all the needs we have!!!!

Not good an poor customer service, lazy, and to older ladies made me wait till they smoked just to tell me inside that they cant exchange 20 for two tens, when i know i had bigger bills exchanged

Oh where do I start. The morning girl Leah is the absolute best. When you talk about customer service no one can compare. To the review a couple before me. The gentleman with the dog... You stepped out of line more than once while I was in the store. You made me comfortable to leave her by herself.

Wanted to do two transactions for 10$ cash back but was told I can only do that once a day…I mean even if I use separate cards…so ideally u might just want to use the atm especially if you have to buy something anyway to get cash back…

It's amazing that people like the entitled service dog lady that reviewed before me think that the 7-11 employees owe them literally anything. My dog comes in, and the store workers love her. They have treats ready for her, and they know her name without even knowing mine! The workers here don't get paid enough to care, and I don't expect them to. That being said, they're kind of you treat them like they're human. They deal with way too many trashy people in Greeley to deserve my disrespect. Just get whatever you came for and get out. It's a convenience store, not a King Soopers. Y'all are doing great here.

Employee “Damon” has a terrible attitude , you can tell he doesn’t want to be at work. He made customers stand in line while he watched the oven cooking food for over 5 minutes. Never acknowledged customers waking in or made an attempt to let us know he will be right with us.Overall the store was very dirty and cluttered. I would highly recommend not going to this store.
