Been going to this location since it opened. The staff was just amazing. Well, I think someone bought it out. This morning, there was a man there who either refused to or doesn't speak English. At minimum, id assume not very well. After getting my coffee, I went to pay and the man never told me my total. Just spoke on his Bluetooth phone in some other language. The old staff used to greet me everyday. This guy said nothing. Don't think I'll be returning because I don't understand how a business can operate if you won't speak to the customers, let alone in the nations native language.

Tony likes to charge $2 for water. Tony is most likely the franchise owner or manager. Tony's assured I'll never buy gas from him again.

We really need a 7 eleven closer to 23rd Ave 32nd street cause this 7 eleven never has French vanilla always out have to go out of my way all the time to go To the 7 eleven on 1st Ave cause they always have it there. Hopefully a bug boss sees thus and makes one closer to me. Thanks

Employees at night are the laziest people ever. Can't use my rewards cause they can't stick the shelves. Never had a problem during the day, but at night, nope. Just lazy people who don't wanna do their job. I will never be coming back and dealing with these little boys running the store at night time.

The morning shift manager was very rude and wouldn't get up to help her only employee when there was a line of people waiting. Absolutely the wrong person to be managing any kind of business

This store is one of the cleaner and more safe 7-11 locations in town. It has a variety of coffee machines, slurpee machines, and cold drinks available. I like the self checkout here, makes quick stops super convenient.

The owner and manager should be ashamed of themselves. Over they weekend they had one worker for each shift. The poor lady working in the morning was crying because of overwhelmed they were. The over night guy Cayden had over 100 basketball kids in the store and had to balance door dashes, all those kids and customers. They seemed to be over whelmed and exhausted. Having that few people for a weekend is shameful. Hope they find better jobs with better people running the place.

Service was great! But get more staff for night time! Doordash orders and the night time rushes can be overwhelming on your employees. I hope the woman working tonight at this location gets a raise ! It was very busy when I went in and she was doing her best. Not only would another person be able to help but it should be a safety concern as well. Too much goes on in this town to have a woman working alone at night.
