2 stars because the morning staff is AMAZING! I frequent this location 3-4 mornings a week, and the ladies who work that shift are friendly, helpful and overall a 5 star shift.However, today I met Ronnie.. I paid with card and my gas timed out. I'm low on funds.. payday is soooooooo close but it ain't today.. so when I found out that the 20 I put in would not go back on my card right away, i was understandably frustrated but by no means irate. The women who rang me up was really nice, and not at all confrontational.. she gave me a print out showing that the 20 was put back on my card.. but I kinda stood there debating if I wanted to put money I got out of the ATM for something else in the gas tank.. and said as much out loud.. I'm a self talker.. here comes Ronnie with the tude.. arms crossed leaning on the counter, rbf.. he's like she gave u the receipt, that's the policy whamp whamp.. I said is there a sign posted with this policy. He kept referring me back to the receipt. I'm a solution based individual and after a minute of back and forth I asked for the managers number or email, he was like she'll tell you the same thing. I informed him that I wanted to suggest a sign to advise people of this policy.. he was rude, closed off body language, passive aggressive and just made a no fault situation worse. I told him nobody likes him and he invited me not to come back. I will indeed be coming back tomorrow morning to voice my complaint about Ronnie's lack of customer service skills, and to suggest a sign so that customers don't dilly dally after their card gas purchase. Ronnie has horrible customer service and while the other lady was working, that man was just leaning on the counter being rude..If it wasn't for the morning staff this would be a 1 star review

This location is a JOKE.The customer service is terrible from the manager down to the cashiers. ESPECIALLY in the morning. These women look mad at the world for no reason.EVERY MORNING.The espresso coffee area is never clean, and there is a drink stain by the fountain drinks that has been there for months.NEVER has windshield wiper fluid outside,and definitely not a place to bring your kids unless you want them to hear employees cursing, or have to explain to them later why a man that smells like urine, NOT purchasing anything is hanging around the counter.My experience made me NEVER want to step back in a 7/11 or spend my hard earned money at one.I have a video but it will only let me post a picture, so I will have to figure out how to send to cooperate.-Darren

I would leave more than 5 stars if it were an option... We had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience in this store tonight! Our cashier was Ferrin, and let me tell you, she is SKILLED with fabulous customer service skills. She for-real deserves a raise and a promotion and a high-five, because she EXUDES the kindness and spectacular customer service skills that you simply just don't see anymore these days! Especially at a convenience store!!! She was accurate, efficient, intelligent, and most importantly, she was KIND and GIDDY, like she was excited to be in the business, doing a good job at her job! Now let me tell you, it is difficult AF to get a 5-star rating from me, as I hold extremely high standards, being an extraordinary business manager myself, but she truly deserves it. She went above and beyond to make sure that my short experience at her shop was pleasant and satisfying. (I bought a BUNCH of those tiny honey tubes and as I was picking them out, she quietly used a Sharpie to write the flavor of each item right on the tube so my tongue wouldn't get any shocking surprises later! What a simple treat! She totally didn't HAVE to do that, she didn't even ASK to do that, she just put on her cape and came in to save the day like a true superhero!!) It's honestly not common for cashiers to even be nice nor helpful anymore, but she was all that and more! She was personable, friendly, caring, and diligent. Ferrin REALLY turned my sour evening right around just with her compassionate conversation and her effective work habits. The entire store AND bathrooms were also STOCKED and IMMACULATE! I will 100% visit this specific location again and again because of her! She made me feel comfortable and welcomed and I can tell you-- she does her job perfectly to a tee! I have absolutely nothing to complain about. She is holding that store together beautifully and I hope and look forward to having many, many, many more transactions there with her! Four thumbs up for the 7-ELEVEN on 11th in Greeley! Kudos to the hiring manager and if you ever see this as well, "THANK YOU so incredibly much FERRIN!!! You are a top-notch employee and I hope only the best for you and your future. And for real, if you ever need a job, hit me up and I will be thrilled to hire you myself!" I just don't want to steal her away from her current location because gas stations in Greeley need as much help as they can get! (Cough, cough... nothing like the abhorrent and lazy Cosmic Market across town.) Thank you again so much for brightening my evening and restoring my faith in the customer service pool in Northern Colorado. Keep doing what you're doing because you're VERY much so appreciated! At first everything was clean but now the coffee machines where you pay are all dirty and they don't do their job well all the 7-elevens in Greeley are the dirtiest they don't clean they don't disinfect they don't do anything they need a good Manager!!!!

CSC Air compressor vandalized/air nozzle removed. I informed the store staff who claimed (1) they can't refund the money (they don't own the machine), and (2) they can't even put an OUT OF ORDER sign on the machine. They claim they got in trouble the last time they did so. What kind of management is this, where staff cannot be proactive to alert customers to a known problem? I've filed official complaints with both 7-11 and CSC - complete failure of communication on 7-11 management's side.

Employees make it an uncomfortable experience. Two women working wouldnt speak to me whatsoever. Didn't realize she was waiting for me to pay because she wouldn't even say my total. I just moved in close by but I'm already avoiding this place.

I came in at 3:45 am to buy a whole pizza and have it cooked. Your two employees didn't have the time to cook a pizza for me. Therefore I will be spending zero time and zero money in your store any time of the day. Maybe your employees need to read the "From the owner" segment above.

No public restrooms. I'm an Uber driver, so it's not uncommon to get gas, snacks, coffee and use the restroom. I typically pick a 7-11. I will avoid this one moving forward.

Not a gas station.I needed to fuel up and saw this 7-Eleven with its gasoline prices advertised, so I logically assumed that they would allow me to. Every Single Pump was Out Of Order - all eight of them. Half of them had garbage cans in front of them, half of the remaining had tiny stickers on them stating they were out of order, and the other two just would not work.Do not bother considering fueling up at this location - it is merely a convenience store, just like the rest of the franchises.
