Employees are rude as hell over charged my family for cookies they put in the wrong spot when I showed them the price under the cookies they said we were wrong I explained the laws in colorado my husband went back in and the guy got hiffy with my husband then got mad because my husband made him call his boss then had money thrown at him. Ordered door dash got the wrong cookies which is whatever but also I got 2 big gulp dr peppers and they are awful the machine needs to be cleaned and refilled

I hate this store all the employees are rude too busy in there phone these guys don’t care about their customers and then this store says it’s open 24/7 but they close it and open it when they want. this will be the last time I come to this location.

I bought an item, but I had questions about it. Can’t communicate with person at the counter since he has no idea how to speak English. No one in the store could help me. I know some Spanish as others in the store and he didn’t even know that either. Will absolutely never coming back to this store. Probably why they don’t greet you when you walk in like EVERY OTHER 7/11.

Do not recommend.
For only being open such a short time this place is filthy and the dudes who work there don't even acknowledge you during checkout. Even ignoring you if you try to say anything to them.
Just gross all around. Plenty of other (cleaner) convenience stores to patronize.
UPDATE: tried to use the link they gave for "reviews" the photo screenshot below is what I got when I tried to report this cr@ppy store.
Nice try with your review link. It says it's been blocked because the account used has been suspended by Bit.ly.

No greeting; not one word exchanged to me from walking in to checking out. The two employees at the register were talking the whole time and I assume they were talking about me in another language. I looked back while leaving and they were both starting at me. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Very poor customer service. Attendant was talking on speaker phone when I walked in, no greeting. I walked up to pay for my stuff still no acknowledgement I was there. He scanned my stuff. The only thing he said to me the entire time was the amount owed. No thank you, no have a good day just kept talking on speaker phone to whoever he was talking to. There are other convenience stores to go to. I'd say avoid this one if you want a good experience.

Don't eat here! I watched one of the workers peel the expiration sticker off of the old pizza in the warmer and replace them with new updated stickers on the same old pizza. Who knows how old they actually are! If they are doing stuff like that out in the open, who knows what else is going on here behind the scenes.

Decent store I guess. But don’t bother using your 711 rewards card, the guy at the counter will just cancel it out and put his in. This is the 3rd time, won’t be back.

The most rude, condescending, "I really don't wanna be here" workers, I've never gone into a 711 and felt as u welcomed as i do here. The coolers are never stocked the same way twice, with the only accuracy staying below eye level. There's only ever 2 workers there, one always on their phone and the other nowhere to be seen with long lines. This 711 is the closest to my house, but it makes the next closest gad station worth the trip. Also, it's 2024, still no Tap to Pay? Older 711's even have tap to pay. Everything except prices are cheap here

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Just go to the Nextdoor App and read the WEEKLY reports of people being overcharged, scammed, and ripped off at this location. Do not get money orders here, do not get cash back here, just don't go here period. I've read at least 30 different posts on Nextdoor over the last 3 months of people being scammed at this store. I think corporate needs to be notified and they need to be investigated.

This Dudes have no customer service what's so ever, they are always on their phone or talking to eachother when customers are trying to pay.Plus this guys don't shower or they donno what a deodorant is because they stink and the whole damn store stink .
