I NEVER do this, even when I've had bad experiences in the past, I usually just chalk it and move on. I really only go out of my way to leave decent reviews, not bad ones. Anyone and everyone can, and will, have a bad day and I try to remember that if I ever have a bad interaction or experience with someone or a company. However, there have been non-stop issues with this place and I need to vent! My husband and I just moved to Greeley about a week and a half ago and this location is the closest to us. We've been here a few times over the last week as we are (unfortunately) cigarette smokers. We, or another customer, have had an issue just about every time we've been here.They give a hard time about using mobile coupons. They will insinuate that you've taken a screenshot of the coupon, but the barcode will literally be flashing in front of their eyes (which means it's an active coupon, NOT a screenshot).I went in a few days ago and waited for service at the counter while one of the sales associates sat behind the register talking on the phone for a few minutes before finally hanging up and helping me and the customer behind me. During that time, another associate came out from the back and just stared at us (the other customer waiting and myself).I went in this morning to buy my usual cigarettes (2 packs today) and I saw at least one $1 off pack in the front of the display. The morning sales associate grabbed the regular priced packs and I asked him if I could have the $1 off pack and he told me "No". When I pushed the issue and asked why, another sales associate came out from the back and assisted his coworker in telling me "No" and that the $1 off wasn't a $1 off ?. I was getting frustrated and they seemingly were not going to give in to my request, so I begrudgingly bought the two full price packs and walked out.I will NOT be returning to this location and I recommend you find another as well. In addition to the terrible customer service, the store is pretty dirty and it looks brand new.

Everytime i go here, the employee working the counter is always on the phone. They have terrible service. Then there have been multiple times I've came here early in the morning, and they leave a sign at the door, that says they're closed for cleaning. And there has been a couple of times a truck has pulled up for a delivery, the employee straight up told me to go away. I know its a gas station and you can't expect much from them, but this one is just beyond poorly operated. There are 2 other 7 elevens within a mile, would recommend going to those stores over this one.

Besides the store being dirty and sticky in the drink area. The clerk at the counter was rude and ignored us while talking on the phone.

This store is almost brand new!! It’s a shame that it is so filthy. Recently I have been coming here every morning for coffee and cigarettes. I have never seen this place clean. The floors, counters and glass doors are ALWAYS dirty. Trash cans are usually overflowing. Today was the first time to use the woman’s bathroom and it was deplorable. To make matters worse, the faucet I doesn’t work! So much for “all employees must wash their hands”. I tried to tell one employee about the bathroom but the language barrier prevented him from understanding me. I told the cashier who seemed pretty nonchalant about it. Hopefully tomorrow it’s better.

Grabbed a $2.00 potatoes wedge bowl... the clerk rang it for $3.00, when I pointed it out, he said "Taxes!" I really hope this isn't another 7-11 owned and operated by foreigners. Taxes are never 50% buddy. I also got 3 chicken rollers and he rang me up for big bites, which are 2 times the price. Always room for improvement here!

Super frustrating experience. App says they take the 7-11 in app virtual wallet at this location. Employees unable to process transaction and unfamiliar with this feature/ service. Train your employees to know the services you offer, or, take yourself off the list of stores that accepts this form of payment. Or, better yet, take contactless payment.

They tried to scam me I had a lottery winner went in there guy only scanned first ticket I noticed he didn't the rest and i new there was a winner because I checked them online... so I asked for them back and went to Sinclair down the street and surely 98 dollar winner...

Horrible customer service. The guy behind the counter was talking at the top of his lungs on the phone the entire time. Didn’t answer my questions. Ignored me completely. Absolutely rude.

I’m really happy to have a 7-11 nearby. I went on the very first day, twice to get slurpees!! They were delicious. I saw the opening with the family and it was awesome to see how happy they all were.It’s been open maybe 3 or 4 days now and I dropped in this morning. I was disappointed to see a lot of trash outside, pretty much everywhere. There were 2 guys working so I think one could have taken 5-10 minutes to clean up outside.Only 2 slurpee flavors were working and corporate must not have set them up with enough slurpee straws for the first few days even.I want to see this 7-11 be a model for other 7-11’s so I hope they clean up outside and keep the store looking nice.Update: the last few weeks I have seen improvement and the slurpee machine has been working and the nacho cheese is full. The outside appeared to be cleaned up better too. Good job 7-11!!

Like how there's a gas station near where I live. Super convenient. But the gentleman's that work in there are super rude. I said have a good night and they can't even say you too or thank you. Plus one of them stinks so bad of BO you can smell it when you come in. The store is GROSS and filthy they just opened last week.

One slushie maker down. No ice available in the one ice machine. Workers fixing other drink machine options. Makes this new 7-11 a normal 7-11. (Seriously, you want to be a large store and only one ice option, yeah, that's not asking for disaster to happen)
