Don't rent here! They broke into my unit and stole family heirlooms (including a jewelry box my Grandfather made and sentimental keepsakes from my childhood) and handmade Tiffany lamps. My heart is broken.

Great staff. Only complaint I have is getting your car in and out can be a pain if people don't park to the sides.

I rent a unit here. The staff keep changing. The story is they get COVID & then their transferred somewhere else & a new manager takes their place. I miss Cinderella. (Lisa) ✌️

Shayla the Property Manager was absolutely amazing. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. Her attention to detail, attitude, guidance and overall professionalism truly turned my horrible day right around and I left with an experience to brag about.Thank you a million Shayla!

Shayla and Lisa have went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the price and location of our storage unit. Timing was on target, service was amazing, and their communication was on point. We will always recommend them to our family and friends. It has been an amazing experience !!!!!

Shayla and Lisa are awesome to work with at AAA Storage. They really care about their customers as they provide top quality customer service. They also maintain the facility very well and are always looking into ways to improve the place however they can. You cannot go wrong in choosing this storage facility and working with Shayla and Lisa.

Such a great place to store my things It is clean, secure. The manager Shayla Mason is awesome, as well as her assistant Stephanie. Both were very helpful. I can finally park my car in my garage thanks AAA King Self Storage. I'm forgot to mention that they have a forklift available during business hours... awesome

Shayla is the most helpful woman you will find at any storage unit i have ever been to and worked with. She cuts locks off no problem, paints, washes, organizes runs the forklift and communicates to the customers like the professional she truly is. She goes out of her way to encourage customers to ask for any help they might need. I've even seen her assist in relocating boxes from one unit to another that did not belong to her. And shes patient. She has to be or she might chase some of us everyday faces off. She has a smile instead and kind words. If you need help and shes unavailable she usually has someone nearby that will lend a hand. Get a unit here if there are any left. A brand new surveillance system too has recently been installed and is being used.

This is the most AMAZING storage facility in Northern Colorado! Shayla is the best facility Manager the place could ever have. She is always a delight to see. I have never worried about the security of the building and its in a VERY easily accessible part of town.

The staff here is extremely helpful and professional. The forklift makes it very easy to get all of your belongings closer to your unit, so you don’t have to carry things a long distance, and they have cameras everywhere to make sure that you and your stuff is safe. I would definitely recommend this storage facility if you’re looking for a place in Greeley!!
