Horrible experience. Made an order online for a dryer, called the store after it was approved and they can't deliver, but their excuse was we don't have anything to do with online purchases. I was approved for 600 per month in product, got the dryer for 12 a week, they took my payment and won't deliver my dryer and calling the 800 number is a joke. I've tried for three days, only to spend an hour on hold and no agent. No answers, no product, in my opinion I would avoid this company and keep your money.

Tiffany was very rude and inconsiderate. Do not go to the Greeley location. I was in ICU for 2 months and my wife missed one payment. They did not care and when my wife made a double payment to catch up she wanted to make sure the EZ pay would not pull again the following day she called to cancel the autopay since she had already paid it and Tiffany was rude and inconsiderate about the whole situation. Hostile for no reason and when my wife got hostile back she hung up the phone on her. We are longtime customers and will never work with them again because of her.

Awesome customer service! Did all they could to make sure I was getting what I wanted. The rep that helped me, Tiffany I believe was her name, was very helpful, kind and friendly. Definitely recommend.

I just got off the phone with angel at the Greeley store and she is very fast a made my day answered questions that I never even thought of she was amazing agent way to go!

I would have given this place 5 full stars if it wasnt for a front desk agent that told us we had to pay something down today because we went over with EasyPay yesterday to accommodate with our schedule and said we did NOT owe anything yesterday. Only to be told today that we have to pay, we almost got cheated by 50 cents with this front desk agent. Future reference for anybody doing business with these guys in person, watch out that youre not getting ripped off by them.

We had to deliver our own stuff to our house, granted it was a computer, we also got an arcade game, and my husband had to put it in the truck they did not provide anything to cover the screen, if my computer hadn’t crashed I would not have went their.

I went here shopping for a couch because my Friend’s son had an accident on mine. I can’t remember the name of the associate I spoke to, but he was very helpful and showed me all the different options that were available to me and my budget. I’m still on the hunt for a new couch, but I’ll probably going back here just because Customer Service was top notch. Yes, they do pay more but it’s still convenient if you don’t have $2000 in hand to buy a couch right now.

This place takes money out of your account when you do not authorize it. They take money before the pay date and they don't care. At least 3 times I've contacted them about it just to have it happen the next Month. I'm about to throw their stuff through the front window and tell them to stuff it. Worst mistake was purchasing these way way over priced couches. At this point I'd be happier sitting on the floor

I've seen the other reviews here, and I have to say, I've had two very nice experiences with the folks at Aaron's. Can't speak to any issues others may have had with renting to buy; I always pay cash. But the first time I stopped in, they had the mid-section of a brown leather couch for sale. Apparently the ends had never arrived at the store. Jeff, the manager, sold me the chair for $80, and then he agreed to have it delivered at no charge. Can't beat that. And just now, I stopped in again, and Ashley couldn't have been nicer. I let her know that I was just browsing in advance, and that I might not even end up buying anything at all in the near future. She was still as nice as she could be, not pushing me at all, but giving me a ride in a very cool massaging recliner. These people strike me as sincerely friendly and competent, and I'll make a point of stopping in there first, the next time I'm looking for what I consider to be a good deal on furniture.

As if everyone didn't know this place was an overpriced crap chute we had bought washers and dryer's & the lint trap broke-Even though we have the insurance and the protection plan blah blah blah of course they would not replace it -not to mention the fact that when we bought my son a computer he said he needed $1000 down for it &it's like you know you're working at a rental place correct -even though my fiancé has been renting from them for three years he's acting like we're going to takeoff with the computer no respect no morale this place is a nightmare unfortunately she always rents from here but if it were up to me I would never talk to these people again!
