My family and I have been bringing our dogs and cats to Alpine for years. We always feel like part of the family when we’re there. Dr. Clark and her team have done amazing work on pets and were endlessly grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Everyone at this clinic goes above and beyond what is expected from a quality clinic. They are very caring and nurturing to both patient and parents.

Take great care of my dogs. What I don't appreciate is Dr Clark talking to my daughter about my financial decisions, I don't owe you a dime for you to have that authority. My wife and I have done foster care, adopted 3 kids and I'm a sick paraplegic that can barely take care of himself. I don't need your sympathy but I will not allow you to belittle a situation you know nothing about. Snoop is in no pain and running around fine, it seems you're sour i didn't spend 5k. Critical thinking would lead one to belive dog's have evolved to get around a torn acl, I'm sure there are millions of ferrell canines that gave up on the vet showing up and got back on the hunt. As for Snoop's breathing, Google is free, read about his breed.

Fantastic staff and vet, wouldn't take my animals any other place. The cost is very reasonable. My little princess felt very comfortable there. Thank you Alpine

The techs and veterinarian were extremely nice to me as well as my dog. Her exam of my dog was complete. We continue to go here for those reasons.

This clinic does not know how to handle Cane Corsos. Tech and vet were condescending and non empathetic. Instead of treating the dog they took it to themselves to scold me on using a muzzle for their safety. My appointment was terminated by the vet when I pointed out that it might be a problem on her techs side because my dog goes to a groomer regularly and socialization has never been the problem.

Most of the time they're ok and helpful HOWEVER, I did have a cat that had a major medical issue a few years ago. The problem with all these vet places is they automatically take the word of the previous vet as gold. They said my cat was old and that's why he was skinny, same explanation as previous vet WHICH WAS WRONG. I explained it was very out of the ordinary, and he was young when I adopted him, I don't think they believed me. He continued to lose weight rapidly, so I had take him to a different vet because this vet were supposedly too busy to look at him again. The 3rd vet charged another ridiculous amount for bloodwork already done, barely enough money to get an x-ray. The xray was cut in half because I didn't have enough money to pay for a full x-ray because my money had been depleted by the 2 previous vets. I found out later that Friends of Feral found my cat in my trailer park and put him to sleep because they felt he was too skinny, I didn't put a collar on him so it was partially my fault. Friends of Feral doesn't report to anyone the cats they put to sleep. It's a tragic story, but all this could have been avoided had the 2 previous vets actually listened to me IMO.

Very disappointed. The Doctors need to evaluate how their staff talks to clients, and the lack of caring and respect they show. I have been a client of Alpine for all of my animals for the last 15 years, at least. This morning I woke up to my dogs face being swollen, and I called in right as they opened. I was told in a very short and curt manner that there were no openings for today or tomorrow and to go to the emergency vet. I explained my frustration to the person on the phone that out of the 15 years I had been coming to Alpine, I had never once not been able to be squeezed in when an urgent care arises. This girl made no efforts to seem like she cared at all or was going to do anything to help me out. The answer was repeatedly "go to the emergency vet or call Westridge animal hospital." I told her that I would not be returning ever again with my pets with that kind of treatment and she didn't seem to care at all. The last few times I have been in with my animals I have been treated rudely and no one there is friendly at all anymore. I have been thinking about switching to a new vet and this treatment today pushed me to it, as I called another veterinarian and was scheduled in right away this morning. Thank goodness for people who actually care.

Highly recommend...Dr Liz is treating our 12.5 yr old labradoodle for ear hematoma. Anesthesia, surgery, recovery and follow up care has been excellent so far ( still in recovery phase). We're new to the area and are happy to have found our new vet. Experienced, capable, friendly staff too!
