“The current online pickup process at this location is quite inconvenient. Waiting in the regular checkout line could certainly be improved for those who have already placed their orders. There might be a more efficient system to ensure a smoother and faster pickup experience. Perhaps a designated area or express lane for online pickups could be considered.”
