Made an appointment at a specific time, sat there 45 minutes then they got upset when I said I was leaving. Find a different store for you needs with AT&T. And I would deal with Lilia at the Greeley store.

I had a great experience with Maria at the AT&T store. She was really friendly and took the time to help me figure out the best plan. She answered all my questions, and was patient throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend working with her if you’re in the area!
