“Had major frame damage on our Ford hatchback. The first estimate we received we couldn't afford. They told us what was necessary vs what was aesthetic. I agreed with the price of the necessary repairs. After all the parts came in it only took them a day to do the repairs. When we went to pick up the car and pay. The total it was even less than what we agreed saying some of the parts they couldn't see weren't damaged so they didn't replace them. They could have charged us the price we agreed on but they didn't take advantage of us. That seems rare in today world! This will be our go to place for any body work!”

“I picked up a truck shell on a snowy cold weekend and called these guys for some clamps (that I was unprepared for picking up my shell from a private party). Not only did these guys have what I needed in stock, 4 of the employees came out in the cold to help me set my topper on my bed (they didn’t need to help do that but did). They didn’t ask for anything in return but I had to throw them a few bucks for the help. In a society where most places are only worried about making a buck, this shop is a shining example of customer service and great customer experiences. I will always recommend them. Thanks guys!! “Im not from Colorado or Greeley and was traveling through. I stayed the night and the next morning I went to start my truck and nothing. I had my truck towed to the local Ford house on Saturday. I have new Ford F250 Tremor will 20K miles on it. The team here at Ken Garff got it in on Monday to diagnose it and they found the issue right away, my fuse bank got some water inside of it causing it to short out. They ordered the part it came in late Tuesday and I had my truck back on Wednesday morning and was back on the road with little down time. In today's world time is money and Ken Garff Ford realizes that with all their customers. I really like the service I received here at Ken Garff Ford and would like to suggest to everyone that needs their Ford serviced or looking to purchase a new vehicle to come by and see Tysen (General Manager) or Ron (Service Manager) and let them help you in the professional way they helped me. Even if you just want to see what Ford has to offer in their new vehicle line up. Come kick some tires I'm sure they wouldn't mind.”
