OK 2 times already I took my truck in this time they say they found the problem they didn't find problem payed alot of money for there diagnostic both times and they never figured out the problem just fill like I got scammed both times no more business from me 2018 toyota tacoma for and ac problem turns out to be not the compressor but you guys for sure it was the ac compressor but at the and thosent really matters if you guys not sure why would lie about it

Very professional folks, with good people skills. Excellent communication with me as they figured out what needed to be done, and gave me the truth about what needed to be done now, what didn’t need to be done and what needed to be done later.

Great experience! I was getting ready for a long over the road trip and wanted to get a complete vehicle check over before going. My car did have a few issues that I was aware of. They squeezed me in and fixed my issues and I am confident my car is in good shape for my long road trip. The customer service was exceptional, Collin kept me informed and talked to me about everything they found and told me what was most important. The cost was not bad. I will recommend this shop and will come back.

Working with Autotailor was such a breeze. My car was towed here by recommendation from AAA. Collin was able to give me a full run down of what the problem was as well as other non-related issues. His professionalism was just fantastic as well as his transparency on costs and labor requirements. I trusted these guys and they pulled through and never pressured me to make unnecessary services to my car. I would absolutely go back again.

Brent and Colin are always so helpful when you call in. They try to get you taken care of within half a week to a week (I get we all want in yesterday but sometimes we have to wait). Autotailor has always addressed ours concerns with diligence.
