Jonathan was an incredible help and I want to make sure that the company is aware of how much I appreciated him taking time out of his clearly incredibly busy day to help me. He was also being very soft and patient with the new employee he was training.
The store was very busy and seemed to be understaffed, but it was clear that most of the employees were trying their best to help everyone as much as possible.

I was very underwhelmed by my recent trip to AutoZone. It felt like the staff was not knowledgeable about the products they carry, especially when it came to vehicle-specific questions. It was much easier to just go to the dealership to get the parts I needed. Save your time and energy and either know exactly what you need or go to the dealership.

The battery on my 2018 Ford Explorer always dies without warning.
Came to this location and not only did Jasmin take care of me right away. She was honest in recommending the battery I needed. She then replaced it on site saving me the frustration of doing it myself. Wish I could rank 10 stars! If you need something in Greeley definitely come here! Jasmine and her manager were friendly and amazing! 10 stars!

Emilio was Great to work with! Came in with an issue with my battery and was able to get it replaced within 15 minutes with his help. Highly recommend this location. Service here is five stars.
