  Drive thru closes at 4:45 now, fyi. This bank actually is the worst. I've had workers even just tell me to use the ATM, when I'm trying to withdraw more than the ATM limit.. they just don't want to have to help you, period.

  Very Frustrated, 15 year customer and they changed account service fee. On hold for over 20 minutes. They will not assist with more than 1 refund. They have a promotion for get $400 for a new checking customer, but they do not have enough common sense to refund $40 to keep a long time customer. I do not recommend using... read full comment
