We recently purchased a sectional sofa at Ben's furniture store. After checking out all the other furniture stores in the area and not finding what I feel was a quality sofa, we gave Ben's a try. They spent time telling us the pros and cons of the brands they carry and the garbage brands the other stores offer. We ended up ordering a sectional with fabric we chose, and after the standard 4-6 weeks it arrived and was delivered the same day. We are very please with the sofa and the whole purchasing experience. We will definitely purchased more furniture from Ben's Furniture in the future.

We found Mitch Gonzales friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He is a longtime Greeley resident, and delivered on his promises in a timely manner. It was nice to be able to do "handshake" business transactions. Old-school.

I came in looking for a throw away couch to last me a few years and did not find that here. This place has quality American made furniture. I ended walking away only to come back before they closed and make a purchase. They were honest with me with shipping and delivery service was wonderful! I'm in love with my new forever couch and am very grateful I walked into the store. Highly recommend

I went into Ben's Furniture Galleries and had the absolute ? best experience I could've ever hoped for. Mitch was VERY knowledgeable and pointed me and my wife in the right direction. Made us comfortable with the decisions we made. I will always go back to Mitch for anything that we need in the future. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for high-end furniture and great service. Thanks Mitch..

I will never buy anything from this store because of what happened while we were there. If I could give a zero star rating I would.We were looking into getting a new sofa and loveseat set. We visited this store to check out their selection. We were greeted in a timely manner when we entered the stop. We told the owner what we were in the market for. Before we could get into any more details he drove straight into horror stories about furniture accidents killing infants and children.That day we had our infant son with us. I guess I can understand the attempt to pressure us into buying his product. However, it was an extremely gruesome way to go about making a sale.His insensitive tactic really effected us. We had already had 3 (THREE) near death experiences with our newborn child. Near fealty as in The medics needed to resuscitate our infant and was rushed to the hospital all THREE times!I left the store immediately after he stopped telling us story after story. It took my husband hours to get me to calm down.We took our money to a different store and custom ordered a set.We will never return to this store. It took me 9 months to build up the strength to write this negative review. It is in poor taste to use horror stories about children to try and make a sale.

Went in looking for a cheap bed didn't want to pay to much! We agreed on a queen bed for about $500 which I was okay with! Look at my contract and it's almost $900 dollars and the bed is cheap and not good at all for that much money I could have gotten a better bed! So disappointed and lied too! Do not recommend this place at all! Check you contract and make sure you're not paying double for what you actually wanted! Also the bed is already saggin and it's not even a year old and I'm the only 170 pound chick laying on it! Again don't recommend at all!
