Store manager is a piece of work. If your employees lie about how the warranty works, then you should honor what your employee says. My daughter and I both heard the guy say, the coverage covers accidental damage. I was clearly not going to buy the warranty, till your tv sales employee said that... I had even had to borrow 3 dollars from a random person to cover the cost. I can be totally honest that I accidentally tripped on a cord and the TV hit the floor face down. When I explained to the store manager, you were not only rude but had that.... I don't care that my employee lied to you attitude. I will never go back and purchase anything there. Plus you're employees concentrate on talking amongst each other or pointing in the direction of things instead of being knowledgeable and helping people out, but then again... It's expected with having a manager that does the same.

This best buy is hit or miss. They recently broke my phone when trying to repair it and took 2 weeks to fix it. Sometimes they do. Good job but other times they just... Suck.

Try to avoid buying anything here I've had the worst experience possible I purchased a very particular pricey item I requested help with it when a couple months down the road it went bad and stopped working it has a warranty on it but I can't get anybody to help me at Best Buy they basically said it's not their problem BUYER BEWARE!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE because after a few months when it goes bad they won't help you they don't care

Besides the automotive department, this store has the WORST customer service i have ever encountered!!!!! Without the customer, you would not have a job!!!!!!!
