I lost my rabbit, Bun Bun, a few weeks ago and all of the staff was very nice & compassionate. The box that they engraved turned out beautifully & they also baked a paw print as well. It only took about 2 weeks to get him back & wasn’t too expensive. They made a difficult time much easier & I highly recommend.

We lost our sweet pup a few weeks ago and they were so kind, sweet, and patient with us. They treated us like we lost an actual member of our family because that’s who he was. They even baked his paw print for us in Clay instead of us having to bake it. We highly recommend them.

Unfortunately we expierenced loss. We chose best friends for our fur babies. Staff was beyond caring, and very compassionate.We now have the beautiful urns and notes on a memorial shelf.Thank you best friends, for being there during our darkest moments.
