I normally love coming here to shop however, I went in with my boyfriend to shop and it was a very unpleasant experience. The staff was very unhelpful and ignorant when I needed help. While I was picking out jeans to go try on, the employees and security watched us like a hawk making it very uncomfortable. I have read similar reviews saying the same thing. I ended up buying one thing and leaving without the jeans I wanted because when I was in the dressing room my boyfriend was very uncomfortable and was being followed around the store when he was just trying to look around. He even felt uncomfortable with brining me a different size… he didn’t want to be accused of anything. When we went to check out all the staff were gossiping behind the counter (which I could really care less about) but they were rolling their eyes and not really setting a great environment where people would want to shop. I’m not paying good money to be treated like that…

I went in to buy some jeans. Everyone greeted me as soon as I walked in the door which was nice, but I felt like I was being watched like a hawk. Made my shopping experience very uncomfortable. The security was following me around and another girl worker as if I was going to steal something. The vibes were just so off. I still bought the jeans but don't judge your customers or stalk them based off looks.

You come in nobody greets you when you need help they don't help but they have a great selection of western clothes.

The security and check out person was the most attentive and nice folks! Nobody helped me upon entering. I walked around and had to find someone to help me two employees was standing in the isle gossiping while I walked passed them 3 times. I finally found someone who was shopping it looked like and I asked did she work there and she did. She helped me by showing me what I was looking for but when I asked questions about the. Lots she had no knowledge. I didn’t purchase boots I got mink oil and left.

Love the clothing selection and variety of boots. But I went in for a cowboy hat. While they had plenty, they were all the same exact style (cattleman). And not the style I was looking for (pinch front).
I still like the store...just not for a hat.

Have been to this boot barn numerous times, and some decent work boots is what we came in for. Had a gentleman named Alex came over and asked if I needed help and I generally don't take to help and just do my thing. I'm more than happy that he asked. Not only did he spend that time making sure I got what I wanted and needed, but he worked my boots to fit my feet. As well as helped my lady fix 2 pairs of her boots that didnt fit right. Alex ordered a set of boots in for me that the store didn't usually stock. He treated us like we had been friends for years. Best experience buying boots I have ever had.
