I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Brakes plus. A women named Jess tried to scam me by giving me an estimate, showing it to me briefly, and then refusing to provide a copy when I asked for it. She claimed the estimate had already been “destroyed”, which makes absolutely no sense and seems very dishonest. She also told me that my car needed an alignment because supposedly the mechanic noted that. When I questioned her about it since I just got my alignment checked last week and it was good. She then quickly changed her story and said I’d need another one after I get my car fixed. The whole interaction felt deceptive and untrustworthy.
I would not recommend going here. Be cautious and make sure you get all paperwork and second opinions before agreeing to any service.

Very grateful for Sandy and the team at Brakes Plus Greeley, CO! I appreciate the savings and the excellent customer service I always receive from the team.
Just to let everyone know, I had my BMW 2018 43O I serviced today; appreciate the teams knowledge and expertise in foreign cars.
Sandy also took the time today to inform me of upcoming services I will need at 120, 000 miles. I am very grateful for the education I receive for car maintainance.

BEWARE of this shop! They are scamming people! Came in to get my brakes checked and get a quote for rotors and brake pad replacement. Was told both front rotors had to be replaced given they were worn badly along with the pads. Also the rear brakes Measure at 35% but the rotors were at 60% was told it was going to cost $842.31.
Took my vehicle to a local dealership the front rotors were at 90% and brake pads were at 50%, rear rotors were at 80% with the pads at 80%.
Dealership changed out pads and did the brake flush for FREE. Total cost $248.00.
BEWARE of who you let look and inspect your vehicle.
Brakes needed to be replaced but rotors were in perfect condition and showed very minimal wear.

Brakes plus was amazing. In fixing my car. When I was going for my oil change they looked into the other parts and let me know if they was anything else. They let me know that they was a mistake with my brakes and fixed even tho they didn’t do my brakes. I appreciate Sandy and the team for finishing it fast and get me out and back on the road.
