I took my Tacoma to be repaired for hail damage, I have no complaints about the repair or the kindness with which they treated me... when I picked it up I noticed that my sound (amplifier) did not work this was on a Friday afternoon July 18th, I called on Monday July 21st and they told me to take it on Wednesday July 23rd, I went on Wednesday they told me that they did not touch anything and did not even check it, I made an appointment at the place where they had installed my sound previously, they gave me my appointment today July 29th and they told me that they have to replace the amplifier because it is burned out, it bothers me because I went to repair one thing and something else was damaged, I do not know if they are going to hold me responsible for this, nor are they going to pay me, maybe for other people it is not much, but for me being a single mother it is an expense that I did not expect, things that one tries to honor hard and with sacrifices.

I’d keep looking for a body shop. This use to be high tech auto body who was amazing. This place needs a customer service class. I took my car in with hail damage. They did fix the hail damage in a timely manner, but when I got it back the radio was malfunctioning and my dash was full of brake lights on. When I took it back the service woman was extremely passive aggressive and almost confrontational with me (in front of all 3 of my young children) in all her responses to me. I will Never let them touch anything I own again. Do your research because this company does not stand by their work and is not for the customer.

I took my 2025 Kia Seltos in gor an minor bumper repair, in which Caliber Collisions did an wonderfulful job at the repairs and paint matching the bumper to my car. They ran into a few set backs while the repair was being done but the excelled.at get those resolved without any more cost to me or my insurance company. I want to give an five star shout out to Vicente Gutierrez whom was my estimate who stayed in contact with me the whole time he went above and beyond his job to make sure all was going well and I was happy with the repairs. I also want to give five stars to the girls in the front office they did an excellent.job with getting the repairs economical and I want to give five stars to the general shop manager who stepped in to assist in getting the repairs done correctly. So again thank you caliber collisions team.

Lied to by employee of work that was done and that he didn’t mess up my batteries. Then when went to pick up my truck it was dying and he had the guts to tell me that he didn’t tell me the truth and he was sorry but wanted me to hop in the finished work truck that he had done as it was about to die. No thanks!! Made them fix there screw up before I got my truck. I rated this a 1 star which I think is still too high. If you want someone to do the work right where it can be trusted then I highly don’t recommend CALIBER COLLISION. Best of luck on your selection. I just want to share part of my personal troubles i received.

I had a great experience at Caliber Collision! From the moment I walked in, the front office manager, Iris, was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They kept me informed and made the process smooth and stress-free.
The work done on my car was top-notch. Cliff did an outstanding job with the repairs — the quality of his work really shows, and my car looks as good as new. I truly appreciate the professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail from everyone involved.
Highly recommend this location for anyone needing auto body repairs!

Caliber did an amazing job fixing my hail repair. They were friendly, fast and detail oriented and ended up having my car ready way earlier than quoted. It was immaculately cleaned before returned to me as well.
