Nice room, big comfortable beds.Nice kitchen area you've got a stove, microwave full fridge with ice maker so that's nice. There's a gym and a free laundry for the guests. There's a little shop so if you forget something you can grab it there and charge to your room. You'll also find computers in the lobby for business people to use.A nice addition to the lobby coffee setup would be to have the ability to steam milk and the addition of Earl Gray tea to the selection. I would have loved to have a London fog to help me relax at night.Overall it was very nice and I'll probably go there again.

My family and I were on vacation for a balloon convention. We we loved this hotel. This has a mini kitchen so we went and got food to cook. The location is close by everything you'll need. Our room door dead bolt lock was broke off. That's the only down side that we experienced with the hotel. We were told that we would get compensation for future use, we were never given and paper to show for it nor conformation so I knew it wasn't going to happen.Other than the room lock, I do recommend this hotel.

They really need to ditch the directv here. The last 2 rooms I have stayed both had issues they couldn't or wouldn't resolve with their driectv system. Unless you like watching whatever the last channel watched and or reboot the box (witch takes 10-15 minutes) you won't be happy either. TV's are also very tiny and when or if you do get the box to work the signal is glitch and freezes and the box reboots. The rooms and hotel are very nice though, my only other complaint is the room cleaning service. This is an extended stay hotel, I understand that but I do not think it should be clean your room. 1, I don't have the cleaning supplies. 2, I don't have immediate access to additional towels, sheets and bathroom toiletries. 3, I'm pretty sure in a 2 week stay you have accounted for some kind of a charge for room cleaning. I don't think a customer should have to beg to get the room cleaned just once in a 2 week stay and for a room that is empty from 4am to 6pm everyday.

The service at this location was above my personal standards, every question I had was answered, any requests I had was made. The assistant manager there definitely knew what she was doing and my co-workers and I definitely appreciated her. I'm definitely staying at this hotel again.

This hotel was rather clean and one of the managers, Tyra, was very professional and knowledgeable. I stayed for 2 nights and it was very comforting.

Rooms were pretty nice with a kitchen and a big bathroom area. The beds were comfortable and big. However there were a few things I didn’t enjoy.• The door handle to the bathroom was half broken so it was very hard to get it to lock.• The bottom part of the handle for the microwave was broken off so I had to be very careful not to pull the whole handle off.• The fridge/freezer was very loud. It was making a very loud rumbling noise during the night.Other than that, it is a great hotel to stay a couple of nights in.

Pros:-Great sized rooms with nice kitchen and living area-Nice gym-Comfortable bedCons:The rooms are a bit outdated. It kind of feels like staying in a nursing home. I was mostly disappointed by the level of training and unprofessionalism of the staff. Here is the list of what went wrong in my one night stay:1) Zero recognition of platinum status or appreciation at check in or check out2) I booked two rooms and they were on opposite ends of the hotel on different floors. It didn't seem there was an attempt to keep the rooms together.3) I asked for a late check out having to attend a meeting nearby at UNC. Initially, my request was promptly rejected until I mentioned my status and then it was magically not a problem. Unfortunately, the staff member failed to make a note of my late check out request as I received a phone call on the day of check out at 12pm telling me our things were still in the room and we needed to check out.4) I received a phone call from the front desk to "stop stomping because the room below me was complaining." Rather than accusing your guests, please investigate the situation. Ironically, while on the phone I heard the noise from the room over.My experience at this hotel left a bad taste in my mouth and it's starting to make me regret accumulating my nights at IHG. Perhaps I should give Hilton a try.

Stayed at this hotel for a volleyball tourney. Our room was VERY clean, the hotel was quiet (even though full), it was great to have a modest kitchen, and the front desk staff was incredibly accomodating, even though they were very busy. I would stay here again. The one improvement I might offer would be in the coffee department: the coffee packets in the room are not very tasty, and the machine in the Pantry is barely one level up from that. I'm not too choosy, but it stood out as a weakness. Just put regular filters and decent ground coffee in the rooms. Pretty please.

Their website Proclaims they are unpretentious SMH ...next time \\\"ladies\\\"?... simply do only your job! WHICH is to rent rooms to paying guests and clean them after. Nothing else. Everything else you impose onto members of society is harmful and NOT what your wages pay you to do!! Just do your job!!! This hotel could bring in at least double the income if its owners hired people willing to just do their job. No drama no b.s....Sell the room for money for rent. Clean it for the next guest and sell it again. Period. Should be so clearly uncomplicated...do better. Your neighboring humans doing business next door would appreciate a change in management before sending business your way for the rest of 2023!

Centrally located, nice room, helpful staff, good rates ... excellent experience for a hotel stay. We stayed for four nights, over a weekend holiday. They do have limited parking.

We only stayed one night, but it would be a fantastic place to stay longer! It's a newer hotel. The room was very clean, very large, and had a long table and extra chairs for either workspace or eating. And it had a very nice kitchenette. The room adjusts the temp when you enter it, so it was very cool when we first walked in, but warmed up very quickly. Shower was ok.

Pricey, but well equipped chain. Nice little gym, the Paramount universal machine weight stacks could use some service, a little silicone spray would help them operate much smoother. Laundry was a nice free surprise.

Ungodly slow WiFi - good luck trying to stream a movie. Staff member is condescending and should learn about member benefits. TV is barely larger than a laptop. Lastly, you can see cleaning thoroughly isn't a priority.
