I have been walking the city of Greeley for weeks and then I bought an ignition coil for my truck and getting ready to walk back with it the owner offered to get me a ride back home!!!

They were very rude to my boyfriend and I we didn't come in all rude we came in very nice and ask nicely for them to help us. There was one old guy that was especially rude.He raised his voice to us and explained in a way like we were dumb because we are young.

I don’t know why I call or keep coming to the store because every time I come the The guy is absolutely rude! The last time I went in, I needed a piece of hose just a little piece of hose. He said let me look it up. I said I don’t need you to look it up. It’s just a little piece of hose. Here’s the measurements and he’s all well we don’t have that. I said I looked it up online. It says you guys have it. He huff and puffed and then was like oh yeah we do have it. Yeah I know because I looked it up online. I don’t know why you’re looking it up on the computer. It’s a bulk hose. I just called this morning for a power steering pump. I needed the pulley on it. He says power steering pumps usually don’t come with a pulley. I said that’s not true. Sometimes they do come with a pulley. He says let me just look it up. I said OK. He says I have one with no pulley. I said OK well, I’m just gonna go to O’Reilly and AutoZone because I know that they have one And before I could even finish my sentence, he was like oh that’s good for them you go and do that! I was gonna ask If there was a way to get the pulley off just to switch pulley, but he was being so rude. I just hung up on him. I will never ever come to this store again. I will never call them and I will never recommend anybody go to the store at all because he is rude every single time!

Stopped in to ask some questions about paint and was treated so rudely that I will never go back. I would rather drive to Denver than deal with that type of attitude.

The service here doesn't even rate on the charts for me. I don't know who the guy on the front counter right in the middle is the most condescending man I've ever met in my life. I stood at the counter for a goodb5 minutes before he finally looked up from his phone. I was told someone would be help me soon. I was then directed down the counter. Where the service wasn't great but not the worst I've ever had.
To add to all of that, the owner just walks around the store smoking as he pleases. I could see the smoke lingering in the air even agyer he walked away. I used to say family owned businesses were the best places to go, but I was severely proven wrong here. I will never go back and I will be spreading the word throughout the norther colorado car community to not take their business here.

They are unrespectfull except one lady specially for the color people I went in the shop to buy paint for my vehicle then the keep ignoring me for while then a white man told me to come back tomorrow without asking what I wanted

I went in with my neighbor recently to pick up some paint and it’s been a long time sense I received customer service like that everyone one in the store is friendly knowledgeable and professional!

This particular store is awesome! They treat you like family and if they don't have the part you're looking for, they have it by the next morning. Very awesome store.
