This branch is incredible, everybody there is very helpful but Octavio and Trevor always go the extra mile.
Octavio has helped me with my business account and every time I need help they’re incredibly quick to answer back.
I recommend this branch and specially these two guys 100%

Worst branch of chase ever. There is never a notary available. The only thing they really do here is take deposits and cash checks. Do yourself a favor and switch banks.

I have an 840 credit score and I need a new card for work expenses. I applied and received a letter saying it was declined because of suspected fraud. Their employees are so lazy they don't even check into it first. I applied for a Capital One Venture card and was approved in 2 minutes with a $50,000 credit limit. This cost me a hard pull on my credit.
Then three weeks later they send me a preselected offer for the card I just applied for! This bank don't have a clue! I am so glad I found this out before I strated to do business with them.

Not even a 1. Its now been 40 min and no one has acknowledged me sitting in the midget or childrens section of the lobby. This furniture is utterly rediculous and not practicle for an average person. Seriously could not even say hello someone will be with you as soon as we can. There is not water or coffee for anyone having to endure. Im out if here. This is unacceptable

Very judgemental employees. Wouldn't cash check or take time to open an account for me. Needed an appointment to open a account? When did that start? Also couldn't count the months accurately assuming my check was expired. Very rude, didn't want to help at all. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS BANK.

Although I do not bank at Chase bank, I do use Chase Bank frequently for other payments. Every time I go into their bank, I am always treated with the utmost in friendliness and helpfulness. I'm sure that most people who bank with this branch are happy customers.

Went in to open an account, 1 other customer in the building. Everyone standing around talking amongst each other. 2 bankers did not have time to open a new basic checking account. The other customer was waiting in line for employees to finish conversation. Obviously, the customer was not important at this branch.

I just want to give a shout out for Chase Bank. I had a home loan with them. I sold the home earlier this year. The escrow balance check and all the final payoff paperwork were lost in the mail (my fault). Over a year later l reached out to them and with the help of a very professional banker Octavio I received a replacement check and all the paperwork so could my taxes. Very cool!

Went here to open a personal account and 2 personal savings I had test negative for covid schedule my appointment online taylor "wasn't there" when clearly it goes off of schedule if Taylor wasn't there then call when Taylor calls in sick or at least an hour before my appointment bank manager was extremely rude the whole time like I was bothering her asking questions about my other accounts only reason I'm giving 2 stars because the actual banks are sweet kind people who try to help you they should probably promote him not some snotty girl will be sticking to the other chases in town

Aloha!Today I had to get two Bill of Sales notarized for the sale of my car. After a little minor confusion, and absolutely no fault to her, Tara came over and helped both parties with each notarized document. She was very patient, very helpful and very efficient.
