Probably one of the worst experiences I've had at a Chase Bank. I had a appointment at 11:00 a.m. today and showed up early. I was then asked to come back at 11:30 since the meeting the bankers were taking longer than anticipated. I agreed to the new appointment time and waited around the area. I came back early again for my appointment and at 11:45 asked if I was being seen. I was then prompted chad. I had to cancel my appointment because the banker was still in the meeting with a client. I was then prompted that I needed to reschedule my appointment since they had appointments later in the day to get to. I have multiple businesses through Chase and I have not had A bank push back an appointment and then outright cancel my appointment and tell me that I am valuable just the same as every other client but they will not honor my set appointment for today.

So I just went in to see about an account and met a teller named Crystal. Well, Crystal, you were amazing ?!!!! I was greeted with such warmth and grace. Wow!!! She even went above and beyond! ? She's also bilingual ?. You lady made my day and helped to send me on my way. Great Customer Service!!! I'm excited to be part of the Chase family because of YOU!

This branch is incredible. The other day I was at the grocery store when I realized that I had forgotten my wallet. I was a bit distraught, as I have never done that before. I thought I would take a chance and try to get cash out at the bank. It was exactly one minute until they closed, which I normally would not go to a business that close to the end of day. However, I was desperate and in a hurry. The manager, Selso, let me in and the clerk Taylor helped me. They were so kind and quick. I highly recommend this location. I have never had a negative experience here. Thank you for saving my dinner, Selso and Taylor!

This is an amazing branch with fabulous staff. We have a manufacturing business in town and we've been banking here since before I arrived four years ago. In that time, I have developed a habit of using this bank even though it is out of my way to get here from my business, which has two other branches that are closer. The staff is:-Professional: They are courteous and do not waste your time.-Friendly: You are not a number to them. They will remember you.-Responsive: If you bring them a problem, it will be a priority.-Diligent: They will work hard to find a solution to your need.-Honest: They will not pretend to be able to offer you something they can't actually deliver on.After running a business of your own, you begin to examine other businesses for functionality and management. I come here because this is BY FAR the best bank with which I have worked thus far. I recommend.

This is the only chase bank I will go to in greeley, they are busy but the staff does a great job and are so nice and professional. Best bank I have ever banked with.
