I am so glad I chose to call Classic Towing for assistance. The service provided by Dave was truly exceptional.
Dave arrived exactly on time, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and respect for my schedule. While handling the technical aspects of my car situation, his approach was not only efficient but also incredibly kind and empathetic. Dealing with car trouble can be stressful, and his compassionate understanding of the situation made a significant difference.
He handled the service with the utmost professionalism, ensuring everything was taken care of smoothly. I would highly recommend Dave for his outstanding combination of punctuality, professionalism, and customer care.

Old guy working was super rude. I told him I talked to the guy in the phone about getting some items out of a vehicle that was towed there. The gentlemen on the phone told me to tell the guy the items were in the back room. I did exactly that and the older guy said he didn’t know me and he didn’t know what I was talking about. As he was calling the guy I had just talked to on the phone he started getting rude and raising his voice. I told him to calm down and be respectful. He started yelling tell me I need to respect him. I told him you should never talk to customers that way. I was actually hopefully getting mechanic work done as well on one of my vehicles. I will NEVER do business with them. Nobody deserves to be talked to the way I was talked to. FB page will have the video uploaded with the event that happen.

Dave was great and knowledgeable. He gave me some very good advice. We were stuck in the middle of the road and he showed up right on time. Very reasonable prices as well.

Our SUV broke down on a busy poorly lit intersection and I called for a tow. Expecting to be waiting a long time, I was pretty nervous due to our location. When I called I was given a good price and was told an ETA of about 30 minutes. Our driver, David, got there just a short time after 30 minutes and had the car loaded within a few minutes. He was absolutely wonderful and professional. I would definitely recommend them for any towing needs and will call them again if I ever need a tow.

My car was towed here after an accident and to say the guy working was rude is an understatement. He said he didn't do what I was there and just did the bare minimum to help me. Then I asked if I could return that Saturday (as I work 15 hour days or off town) and he tried to help me as little as possible when removing my stuck on lisence plate. He said ya that's fine. I them call on Saturday to go get the rest of my stuff and they tell me they are closed. Monday they call and rush me to get there to finish getting my things (my insurance was on its way to get the car so that's a tiny bit understandable) the gentleman I spoke with Monday was very kind and helpful. Definitely a different experience dealing with both men.
