I went to the bank and had an excellent experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to help. Even the manager stopped by to make sure I had everything I needed and answered any questions I had. I’ve been to other banks, but I’ve never received the level of service I experienced here. I’d definitely recommend this location.

Web applications never work. Call center verifies multiple account identifiers but won’t provide any solutions to account access. Extremely low interest rates make this bank and obvious do not use.

First and foremost I want to say that community banks of Colorado has always been an amazing company to work with. I started banking with them in 2019 when I moved to Greeley and they have been exceptional in every aspect. I have recently move to Colorado Springs but I only call the Greeley on 10th location because of their quickness, friendliness and personality. Jasmine in particular has always been extremely helpful and understanding. I have personally met her in the bank and she’s always willing to help and do what she can to assist me. She has gone above and beyond for me as a costumer. I love this company and their people. Bank with them.

My experience could not have gone any better than perfect! It was Saturday and I was in a stressful predicament having lost my checkbook! Jasmine and Beverly went above and beyond with customer service care. They advices me and genuinely helped my situation! They are keepers along with Rachel who in the past has been every bit as accommodating as Jas & Bev. Community Bank is very fortunate to have them representing your bank and caring so well for your customers! Best Customer Service Ever!!! Needed to let you know!

They're overdraft fees are ridiculous. People are struggling these days and they wanna say screw you and take more money. I get the reason for an overdraft fee but 90 dollars??

When a bank manager tells me she cannot see my balance it is time to leave. Run people there is a reason there rating is 3.8 and not a 5

Would give zero stars if possible. Disgusting Manager lied to my face about being able to cash checks just because I was not a customer. I have never had any problems at any other branches with exact same transaction and was considering switching over but never would with how rude she was. Also refused to disclose public information with me.

This bank has one goal and that is selling you what ever they can. You will get offers in bank. You will get emails, you will get calls. They don't have anything new or inventive and they aren't interested in that's best for you they are interested in selling to you.
