“I have been a customer for many years. I use services in Greeley. The employees are and have always been amazing. My problem is with the drive up ATM. This has been ongoing for several months now. Making a deposit is almost impossible. It will take some bills then spit the rest out. Today it spit my bills all the way out onto the wet ground. Had to back my car up to reach ones under car. The security guard was great to help me. I was only depositing 12 bills I had just gotten frim withdrawal. I use a walker and didnt want to get out in rain to go inside. Used drive thru with tubes to finish transaction. Teller very understanding. Time to replace the ATM machine with one that actually will take a deposit in one try.”
