Not only is this place a joke, but, all Crikket is a joke! Customer service here is nonexistent!!
The woman that helped me does not know how to do her job at all!! This will be my last month with cricket and never going to this place again!!
Also I've been having Bank issues so I went in to pay with cash. Not knowing they added a $5 fee for them to help me pay my bill!! So I had to pay the $5 because I didn't auto pay and then $5 for them to process my cash payment!! Well I'm sorry but your service is not that good and I will be looking elsewhere!!
