Worst experience ever. New to Greeley and work at Ross with my husband and 3 of my adult children. As we shopped tonight because this Monday to Thursday is our 40% off week. We were harassed by Jacob who was the store supervisor tonight not Kool . I think we'll just stick to Ross when shopping. Thanks anyways this store clearly can't tell the difference between thieves and people who are genuinely are gonna pay for there merchandise..I HOPE THEY FELT REALLY STUPID AFTER WE HANDED OUR DISCOUNT CARDS TO THE CASHIER.. DEFINITELY WONT BE SHOPPING HERE EVER AGAIN.

Wouldn’t allow me to shop with my personal water bottle in my hand, literally told me I can’t shop with it in my hand. So I said okay I’ll put it in my purse, security still telling me I can’t put in my purse. 😂 I understand no food or drinks. The water bottle was nearly empty. Is this a new thing?

Super unfriendly old lady working the changing rooms August 8th at 2:45 clearly hates her job super combative with customers told my husband he needed to put his items on a hanger for her to count it going in then he was buying it coming out and she said he needed to put it back on the hanger even tho he was buying it. First time here won’t be returning save yourself the trouble and go to Centerplace for shopping

I have never had any problems with the store in Greeley until today. A tall, chubby employee was very rude and disrespectful. I won't buy there again. The problem is not with the items they sell there. The problem is your employees.

Great place to shop for the things you love at a Deeply Discounted Price that you won't find anywhere else! The staff are super friendly, helpful and welcoming as well, which makes for an even better shopping experience! The store is clean and very well organized, with so many treasures to find! There's definitely something for everyone!!! The check out lines are quick as well. The location is also great, with many other stores nearby to take care of all your shopping needs.

Today I had the chance to go shopping for the first time alone without my children, so before going I stopped to get me a Starbucks and then off to shopping, well as I’m looking around I get told I can’t have my drink in the store ??♀️ to leave it at the front, which I was not going to leave it at the front so DDs lost a customer.

This store has a great selection for baby clothes and Kitchen goods however the Employee BRITTANY WAS VERY RUDE HAD TO HOLD MYSELF BACK FROM STEPPING DOWN TO HER LEVEL NOT ONLY WAS SHE RUDE BUT ON THE PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME WHILE RINGING US UP!
