This place used to be good but is absolute garbage anymore. Their prices are usually no cheaper than anyone else. They say they will price match until you come to them with a lower price. I always work on my own vehicles so I will take the wheels off and bring them in and it still takes them 2 hours to mount new tires

I’ve been coming here for years, Aaron and crew are honestly incredible. Always busy, yet never behind schedule. Always full waiting room, yet I’ve never sat on hold. Always assisting people having a bad day at them, yet always courteous, kind, patient, and helpful. I’ve seriously been impressed with good experience after good experience, I should have written a review sooner. Dealing with the public isn’t always the easiest, but this crew legitimately shines.

Placed my order for new tires online and made an appointment at the same time I placed my order. Got there and was immediately helped. No issues and they were prompt. They also send you a link for you to keep track of ur service so that was pretty cool. That way you don't have to wonder.

Company should answer their phone sometime during the day! I have been calling back all day today, during different times no answer. Don’t know if my order was placed last Monday or not? Was told I would receive a call when tires comes in?

My son who is an incredibly busy college had to go to this location of Discount Tire for a flat tire even though his tires were purchased in the Springs.
He called ahead to make sure they had the tire he needed and was told they did, only to find out they actually did not. Good news was they were quick to resolve the issue and get it to their store in a few hours. He ended up adding a few other services to his appointment all of which were done and completed by end of day...A long day back and forth for him, so Ezekiel, the assistant manager who wrote up his order, offered to give him complimentary wipers for his inconvenience and very long day at their store. We appreciated the great communication with the issues of his situation; he was professional, caring and made it a positive experience! Thanks Ezekiel for your excellent customer service.

I have NEVER had a good experience at a discount tire until I came here. I was dreading even getting my tires rotated and balanced due to past experiences at other locations but this one had the most attentive people and they actually treat you with respect here. Was told an hour until my service was done and it took maybe 20 mins. I will forever only come back here for services.
