Review of 2909 s 23rd ave. Greeley, CO 80631-8534, Brian, Michael, and the entire staff of this store.. very professional from start to finish, we knew what we wanted in the brands of tires and the brands of wheels, we have significant experience with the Method Wheels and Falken Wildpeak tires. to get the functionality on our truck build we depended on these folks to help get us what would work from what we wanted... We showed up, the tires were mounted and ready to replace what we had on our truck, We also had two dogs, so friendly folks, we chatted about our adventures, and shared our experiences.. it was so fun to hang in the store and wait for the tires to be installed, We also had the free alignment check and yes they found somethings that needed to be aligned, you don't buy expensive tires without the alignment.. anyway, we had a great time, the tires look awesome, we got great advice and most of all it was an easy peasy in and out.. thank you to all of your folks, (it seemed like they all had a good time doing the work, so many smiles.. thank you all again,

The staff was very friendly and helpful to me when my tire had a nail in it. They did a great job fixing it!

Staff is friendly and positive, if you are going here with the intention of using snap finance or another finance option other than credit or debit don’t do it they will not accept it. I was approved for snap and have used it many times before at the discount tire on 29th. I didn’t go there this time because they don’t have an alignment machine and doing to 2 different locations doesn’t make sense if both things I need are in one place. I regret my decision of not just going to both places.
*** the way snap works is just like a credit card if you are approved you can use that amount at any store or even multiple stores until you max the limit approved.***
I have used them for years for many different things and never had a problem until last night.

Friendly staff, got me in and out in 45 minutes for my new tire installation. Will say going as fast as possible lead to my tires being over- torqued on one side and properly torqued on the other. Also if you line the yellow dot up with the valve stem everytime it will balance easier (sometimes without weights). I shouldn’t have to tell ya’ll to not cut corners when I’m spending $700.
Putting 4 oz of weight on ONE tire on a RAV4 is not necessary if you know what you’re doing. Someone needs more training on that tire machine.

Staff are really friendly and professional. As soon as I walked in Brandon came to find out how he could help. I just had a slow leak caused by a screw. They will patch a tire for free and they are always the best a customer service. Thanks to Brandon and his whole crew. I'm a loyal customer whenever I need new tires.

$200 to mount and balance 4 tires?! Y'all gone nuts.
Thanks manager for confirming why I'll never be back after years of using y'all. I was able to forgive losing my wife's center cap but the bs story was the final nail. I've work in automotive for over 25 years and can replace a set of tires solo in under an hour. Don't tell me it's hard work and cost $50 a tire to install what a joke.

I can’t stress enough how well taken care of, Brandon made me feel. Very kind and not pushy, I felt he genuinely had my best interests at heart. He helped me find the right tire for my budget and the whole thing went seemlessly and quickly.
