I am saddened to leave this review but it has to be said. Amy from Dream nails had been doing my nails for over 12 years! I met Amy at a shop on 10th street in 2012 before she was married and had a child. She did my first set of nails which were my wedding nails. Me and Amy formed a relationship/friendship or so I thought. I followed Amy to every salon she went to. After many years together and even across the street neighbors, my family and I saw Amy through her marriage, child birth even divorce, so when I say that I gave Amy 12 years of my life, time and money it hurts to know that she would treat me the way she did and throw all of that away. I started noticing that Amy was not doing my nails the way I wanted, she was always in a hurry and was always in a bad mood with me! When I came to Amy about my toes looking like they had mold under the polish she was very angry and blamed me for hitting my toe on something! Funny how I don't remember hitting my toe?? For 12 years I never missed an appointment, for my last appointment with Amy I wrote down the wrong time and was late to the appointment. Amy called me furious telling me that she could not get me in for 3 weeks! By this time I was done with Amy's rudeness and transactional relationship with me! I understand being late for an appointment is hard on the business, but 12 years of me being on time wasn't enough? So I made the decision to never go back to Dream Nails and take Amy's abuse! I was devastated at first to know that this relationship was over and my nails I have had for 12 years would never be the same. Fortunately for me, I found a fantastic local woman who speaks English and made my nails absolutely perfect! No acrylic, no bad attitude and now I have my natural nails and am so happy! So Amy I hope you are doing well and I won't ever refer anyone to your place of business!

my first time here and my last. Asked for a gel mani with French tips. I let the person know my cuticles are sensitive and to please be gentle. It was ok at first until I asked for 2 things to be done differently before he did it. I didn’t understand what he said to the other people there but he sounded upset. Towards the end he filed so rough he made my cuticle bleed. I could tell he did it because he was upset I made 2 suggestions.

went in for an acrylic full set, French tips. Didn't have a picture and they said it was fine. I sit down and the man grabbed white nail tips, thought it was weird but it'll get covered by acrylic. got sat down with a woman next, she was kind but didn't ask what acrylic base I wanted, so I asked if they had any pinker acrylic options, she said no. There were in fact many other acrylic pink options that I saw on a rack. Then she starts laying the clear acrylic down and I asked how will we cover the white nail tip to do the French tip. She said that it IS a French tip ( the nail tip was straight across and down half my nail bed) I said it wasn't the French tip I wanted and she seemed frustrated and then said "that's why you show a picture " well, okay. Then she starts filing super hard, pushing my nails as well. was very painful and I have cuts on the side of my nail as well as cuticles. I told her to just paint them white because I just wanted to get out. Then I spot that the acrylic wasn't even put down to the bottom of my nail so my fresh acrylics already look grown out. Also, overpriced. plain medium length white acrylics costed me 85 dollars. had to go home and fix them up to look better. Not worth it.

Love coming here. They do such a nice job with my nails. I especially like how there’s not alot of talking which allows for a true spa experience. They’re very clean paying attention to the details of sanitation. I’ve been coming here for years.

I have gone to a few nail salons and always feel like they rush you through and dont take the time to listen to what you want. Tyson is wonderful, I went in letting him know that my nails were very messed up from the previous place and he took the time to make sure he fixed them by taking all the old acrylic off my nails and starting over. I highly recommend them to anyone.Service: Acrylic nails

Everyone here was super nice and professional. Did a great job on my toes, and so relaxing. Massage chairs while getting a pedicure is a plus, too.

I get XL acrylics, and this is not the place. The entire time Tyson was grinding off my nails(and the gems on them), he was complaining that my nails were "too long" and "too thick." He continued to insult the nail tech that did the nails I came in with. So unprofessional and rude. Then, he proceeded to give me bulbous, chunky nails in an almond shape when I asked for stiletto and flooded my cuticles when applying the acrylic. Also, they don't carry flat tips, only curved.Amy was dismissive and ignored me. They charge $100 for a soak off and plain acrylics(no polish, only top coat). The pedicures have been great every time. But for acrylic nails, especially long ones, I won't be going here again.
