I can't say enough good things about Dr Edwards, Renee and the whole team at Edwards Veterinary. They were friendly and kind whenever I brought my dog in for an appointment, but they were true rockstars when it came to helping me get the paperwork needed to take my dog with me to the UK - they truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed despite snags along every part of the process. I just wish I could've brought them along with me to London!

Update: 9/24 We recently brought in our cat when he had a few issues occur. Although the diagnoses were less than good, Dr. and staff took great care of our boy, answered all of our questions, gave us all the info we needed and asked for and did it with such respect and care.... you can just tell the people here love what they do! I tell everyone with pets to take their pets to Dr. Edwards and will continue to do so!
Original 2023:The staff here are so caring, kind, and knowledgable! We'll keep coming here for our critter's medical care!!

We had to say goodbye to our sweet 17-year-old kitty, and the staff at Edwards Veterinary were exceptionally genuine and kind. They were so reassuring, patient and gentle through the heartbreaking process. Then they sent us a card in the mail with personal notes from the staff. Unbelievable!

Best vets ever!! I moved abroad with my cat, and these vets went above and beyond to get her paperwork, health certificates, medications and everything in between! I have never had a place care more for my little kitty before! 1000% recommended!!

Love bringing my pups and cats here the vets are awesome the techs are super nice and the best part is that it is very affordable they did a cleaning for my senior dog which included a couple of extractions and didn't charge a lot compared to other surrounding vet offices where I had previously gotten a quote from will always bring my fur babies here.

If I could give zero stars to this clinic, I would.
This story has been something I've never gotten over, even though it has been a couple of years since it happened, so I figured I'd post this story in hopes of keeping other current and potential clients informed despite the time that has passed.
Dr. Edward's was our family vet for about 10 years and we had always trusted and felt comfortable with her taking care of our many pets. During covid, the clinic was only seeing patients through curbside service (which is was the norm for clinics at this time). During covid, our family took our young nervous dog Hadley to the vet for a wellness exam. We were very clear with the technician brining her inside the clinic that she needed to take extra care to hold the leash tightly as our dog could get very nervous and she could try to bolt. Hadley was a lab mix weighing less than 40lbs, so we were not asking for anything more difficult than holding onto the leash with extra care as she was taken inside.
This technician did not hold on, and our terrified dog ran straight into the middle of the busy road that ran next to the clinic. Hadley was hit by a car. We immediately took her to the pet emergency room where we spent thousands of dollars on trying to save her life. Unfortunately, Hadley could not be saved and she passed away from the internal injuries and brain damage she sustained when she was hit.
I understand mistakes happen, and this situation was a devastating accident. I would not hold a grudge for a mistake. What I cannot forgive is the fact that the clinic took NO responsibility, made NO apology, and offerred NO help with paying the very expensive emergency visit cost we acquired solely due to their staff's negligence. This clinic's lack of empathy and responsibility shocked me and will still anger me probably forever. Hadley was less than a year old and was a part of our family Not only did she die for NOTHING, the clinic who caused this refused to help make things right after they screwed up. They offered nothing more than a shoulder shrug followed by "business as usual" for them. I was a receptionist at multiple vet clinics, and I have never experienced a clinic doing absolutely nothing to try to help fix a mistake they made themselves which badly affected their customer. Obviously they can't bring out pet back, but they offerred no help with the emergency room bill and never even offerred a real apology. This was beyond disappointing and I will never trust the people who work here to recognize (much less do) the right thing.
Like I said, 0/5 starts is my ideal rating for this business.

During COVID precautions my Lab got very nervous about the vet. It got so bad that I decided we needed to go somewhere different so she wouldn’t be so terrified. I switched to Dr. Edwards 3 years ago and couldn’t be happier! She takes time with you, elicits and answers questions (even silly/small ones), is very capable and knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about you and your pet. I highly recommend her!

They are amazing! Very welcoming, friendly, and try to make your pet as comfortable as possible!
They are very happy to answer over the phone concerns! Which I really appreciate because they help us figure out the things that are right infront of our faces ?

Edwards Vet Care has the best staff. Me and my cat went here for about 5 years. I never had a cat before and knew very little. They were super helpful with information, answering questions, and loving my sweet kitty almost as much as I did! I only stopped going once I moved 6 hours away. If the car ride wouldn't be so hard on my boy, I would still be going here. Dr. Edwards, thank you so much for the years of care! Me and Oliver miss you dearly.

Every time I go to get my dog her vathing or need to be checked for any.Illness. They really take care what needs to be checked. The veterinary explain explains if any questions I have. They're pretty good good place to take your dog or cats......

Excellent kind compassionate staff. I had to get end of life services for my sweet bunny. He went peacefully and in no pain and for that I will be forever greatful. Thank you for helping me and taking such good care of my little bunny boy.Update 2 Weeks Later:Just got a beautiful card signed by many members of staff all sending kind words and condolences. It made my day I still miss my bunny sooo much. It made me happy to see people saying such nice things about him and how handsome he was. (He was a brown lionhead and he was adorable and gentle) Thank you sincerely. If I ever get another pet I will come back here for their care.
