Bad experience had a package go missing they don't have any help . They said it was out for delivery for seven days straight and nothing . Called and nobody can help me passed the robotic calls . Lost out on alot of money I'm barely starting out on my business .

Absolutely amazing customer service!Austin was super friendly and found us a way to save a little money. his attention to detail gave us vibrant perfectly cut flyers. I also got to see him helping an elderly lady out with her shipping it was a difficult situation and he handled it like a pro.

I recently had an unpleasant experience with customer service while attempting to ship an item. The associate who assisted me appeared frustrated and spoke with a tone that I found to be both unprofessional and disrespectful. I was also pressured to purchase a box that I did not believe was necessary for the item being shipped.
Additionally, when I presented a QR code for scanning, it didn’t work on the first attempt. The associate dismissed my request to try again and responded in a manner that made me feel uncomfortable, as though I was asking for an unreasonable favor. Overall, I felt the service was neither helpful nor courteous, and I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism during my visit.

Garbage. The guy working alone 7-1-2025 was not helpful at all. Opened up late and zero customer service when I was waiting for service at the checkout desk. And pretty much refused to help me when the printing services weren't working correctly.

The worst customer service experience. The older gentleman in the morning was clearly annoyed I even walked in. No cars in the lot and no other customers were in the store, but he just seemed so annoyed I had the audacity to come in. Annoyed that I wanted to make returns. When I asked if they took them, he said “I guess”. I probably chose the wrong type of return but he was so unhelpful and rude. I’ll drive to Loveland if I need fedex services, which I will avoid

Only 1 out of the 3 people working was helpful and she was busy with other customers. I am finished with going to this location. The other employees act like they’re working at the DMV and can’t be bothered. Go to the UPS store across the street. Very friendly and helpful!

I have had positive interactions with some of the staff here, but leaving a 1 star bc I’ve had a few sarcastic, confrontational interactions with the older Caucasian gentleman with glasses. He purposefully entered incorrect contact information, and asked questions unrelated to the transaction taking place- I think to try to upset me. It’s not the first time I’ve had similar interactions with the guy. Shame it’s the closest location to my home- still worth the drive to avoid ever going back in here.

I went in to submit a passport renewal. The worker was extremely unhelpful the entire time. He wouldn't answer any questions. I'm not sure why you're selling a service, but then provide no assistance

It's a great facility and I know my packages are good here but the one old guy in the morning is not so friendly. I let him know the scanner wasn't working so I left my box up there for them and he just looked at me. Last time before when I was struggling with a bunch of boxes, he wasn't pleasant at all everybody else usually is and that's why I gave four stars

The sarcastic tone and the poor attitude of your employees will cost you money in the long run. Or maybe not, who knows. All I know is that I'm not coming back to this location.

I called today for help and then I got transfer to somebody else they kept playing games with me and couldn't even say my name correctly it's not even hard to say and then when you asked for a supervisor y'all play some stupid ass games I will never use you guys again I wish I could get my freaking money back

I have tried other shipping outlets in Greeley. Vickie always is pleasant and professional. Gives me good advice. I always use them.
