Hands down the most incompetent and rude people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The amount of times they change their requirements is absolute insanity. They are no help whatsoever.

Never had a knock on my door the fedex lady named Kimmy supposedly went the next day and never posted a ticket or knocked I went to the main store and was told to wait for my package at loaf and jug and no one came I never got my package

I would give 0 stars if possible - said they attempted delivery multiple times while posting photos of stairwells that don’t belong to my apartment. No number to call only an overseas “help” line. Awful - will use UPS
