We came here last minute after a long day at work to get a flat repaired. The staff here is nothing short of great and we were in and out in 40 mins and that was with 3 people in front of us. Cant beat the price either. All in all it it was a great and quick experience with care and attention. We will be using firestone in the future 100 percent.

Absolute wonderful service! Able to get in and out in no time! John was extremely helpful with knowledge and super fast with getting my car in! would recommend Firestone to all for great car service!! 10 stars hands down!!!

Well they trouble shoot like testing spaghetti noodles... Toss at the wall see if it sticks. After spending nearly 1k and bringing vehicle in every week to still not have a clue what's wrong only solidified the fact that they should only sell tires. I'm not sure anybody is qualified to fix vehicles beyond basic repairs the easy stuff like spark plugs light bulbs fuses and I'm not trying to be rude just the experience I had really really left a bad taste in my mouth. Ended up taking it to dealership spent another 600 to actually fix the problem.

Firestone is my to go auto shop. Been coming here for years and seen alot of staff come and go. One guy who I've never seen before is the best. He's very funny, professional, and just a happy guy! His name is Harley. Awesome guy! Thanx for being u and thank u for great service!

If zero stars was an option that would be my choice. Took over 3 hours WITH an appointment even after all that my vehicle still drives the same all over the place not happy at all will definitely be driving all the way to Loveland or Johnstown to have fixed correctly. The tech was to busy playing around with other techs in their bays and laughing it up with the girl in the shop than actually doin his job to fix my vehicle correctly... very unimpressed with everyone's customer service and work ethic.

I’d give negative stars if I could. I brought my vehicle in for a grinding noise. Because it has a spare in it too when I brought it in. They did an inspection and said I need all new tires before they can do a proper diagnoses and inspection for the noise. Also said I needed an oil change when I have over 2000 miles left till I need one. This place is a total scam just trying to up charge as much as they can
And they kept repeating this saying in order to call my warranty company to see what they cover they’d have to get me new tires first. When they didn’t even diagnose anything so what they’d be calling to ask if they cover it, I’m not sure. It was all just BS to try to get me to buy new tires. Which soon after I left here I went to Discount Tires where they patched my flat for free and checked my other tires which said all the others are good and will last me at minimum another 2 years or so they estimated. This Firestone is an absolute joke and just trying to scam people

The place itself is nice but the landscaping around it constantly has litter. I'm sure it's not from the employees or the customers at Firestone but from people walking and driving by on center place. It'd be great if they could keep the surrounding area tidy. Really seems to be getting more and more rundown and trashy and we all need to do our part to help Greeley be a pleasant place to live.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Firestone location been a long time customer over 10 years. This location barely acknowledged me when I walked in the door I was needing a flat repaired which I had an appointment for. They came back saying that tire was unrepairable and I would need to replace all 4. This was after I heard them up sale every single person in there before me. It’s one thing if you need the repair another if you are just trying to get the most money out of your customers. They then rudely walked away after I said I would think about the tires and then brought my car down and then refused to check me out. Only when the doorbell went off from another customer did they come back and address me and his comment was ohhhh you. Then checked me out. I will never return to this location and am currently at Les Schwab’s where I already feel treated better than the last 10 years with Firestone

The staff was friendly and inviting. They explained all of the options In tires the would fit my truck. The manager Justin made sure that every step of the repair/ replacement was done to the top standards. I will be bring all my vehicles exclusively back to this shop!

Great service, our representative was kind and fast and made sure my car was quickly and efficiently taken care of! We weren’t sure if anything was wrong and after figuring it out there wasn’t, he gave it to us for free! Super kind and friendly!
