Whoever the Female “manager” is at this location is extremely unprofessional.Not very impressed with the way she presented herself physically or how she spoke to me. Beware of conversing with her.

Terri Seamore, branch manager is awesome. The Last two years have been tuff via Covid. Terri, has been so helpful and kind to me . I have never banked anywhere like this in my life. I highly recommend this bank if you want to be treated like a person not a number.

This bank is the absolute best!! I’ve banked there for 12 years and they know me by name when I go in. They are always super friendly and very helpful both in person and on the phone. I highly recommend them!!

A banker called me to tell me I wouldnt be charged a 5.00 overdraft fee because I used the wrong bank to pay a bill. Well, that was a lie because I was charged a fee After I sent money to cover that right away. What a way to lose business!

I'm a small business owner in Greeley, I worked with Gayle to get the PPP loan to help get through being shut down due to Covid-19. I have recently heard the funds are already gone and many banks didn't work with businesses to help. Thank you so much for your prompt help!! You saved us!!
