Was told had to close my account because I sent money thru zelle and you can only do 2 transactions I thought I could do whatever I wanted to do with its my money !!

You would think waiting in line for 40 minutes would imitate some short of change with 1st Bank… but nope. Also don’t even try to call their phone, I’m pretty sure they don’t even know they have a phone because they never answer.

Will call the business you associate with and try to badmouth you to your customers because these sad cashiers and managers are jealous you have business while they stuck in this miserable job take your business to a bank without jealous employees

My mother went in, to cash a check from her client, and they were discriminating towards her. We believe the discrimination came from, the fact, she has sweats on. They didn’t want to cash the check, due to the amount of money her client had in his account. The manager at this bank, then, later called her CLIENT, and tried to say that they would no longer accept her checks, and tried talking down on her. The manager had no reason to contact her client. But still decided to due so. My mother called the regional manager, and the regional manager stood behind the manager of First Bank, she said that they were training someone new, and that was the reason they didn’t want to accept her checks. That doesn’t explain the fact that the manager felt the need to call her client and complain. Take your business elsewhere. This place is a joke. Beware, they will call your customers and try and bad mouth you, the regional manager will stand behind it and find any reason to protect the cashiers and managers.

These ATMs are terrible can never read a check right when depositing can never get the amount correctly when we’re drawing every time I use this ATM or the branch there’s nothing but trouble and errors. Anybody else having this issue

Worst bank I've ever banked with especially this location. This company and the customer service is absolutely terrible. Do yourself a favor and look the other way folks.

Hate this place. ATM is always broken and the lines are insanely long inside. Cannot make appointment to open new account. Was told I have to walk in and wait in line. Very bunk. I will be finding a new bank in the new year.
