My understanding is that they only give you enough insurance to drive your vehicle but they don't cover it. It's not really cheap either. There are other insurances that do cover what you want and still are cheap.

I'm always greeted at the door and the people who work there are knowledgeable and answer my questions. Also very affordable.

They can improve the level of customer service at the Colorado Springs office. It does provide a level of service that is more than excellent. In Greeley, customer service is terrible.
