Brought my grandma here for a new mattress, her first is many, many years. Riley was great! He listened to her and made sure she had the best mattress possible. We bought a 5 inch box springs, which ended up making the bed too tall for her. I called last week,11/4, to see how we could get her a shorter box springs. The process took 5 mins, the box spring was exchanged with no additional cost and the delivery team was fast and efficient. Both times they brought deliveries into the assisted living facility they were professional, knowledgeable, and fast. Definitely recommended this location to anyone wanting an enjoyable experience with a great Colorado based company.

Brandon was professional, fun and friendly. He was quite knowledgeable, answering every question we posed to him. He was there to meet our needs, listening to every tidbit regarding our likes, dislikes, wants and needs. I hope he makes decent commissions, for he earned every penny. Seemed definite management material, if he isn't already!

We stopped into Denver Mattress just to get an idea on a new mattress. Gus came over to help us and was so courteous and helpful that we decided to buy a mattress and frame. Denver Mattress is very lucky to have someone like Gus to represent your company. He was great.

Gustavo, from the Greeley store was very kind and knowledgeable. We knew what we wanted when we walked into the store. He offered us other mattress and other sleep product suggestions according to our sleep habits. Since we’ve been doing business with Denver Mattress at least twenty years we stuck to our super firm mattress for my back pain relief and also a new pillow. Thank you Gustavo, for your kind and friendly customer service. Something that is rare to find these days.

Me and the hubby went in on a couple of occasions to really finalize the mattress and pillows we wanted, Gustavo was a great help both times. He was knowledgeable of the products in the store and helped us to choose the right things we wanted to address our sleeping needs. No high pressure at all and let us take out time to ensure we were happy with our purchase. He explained the financing and warranties in detail, so we felt confident with our selection. We decided to go with another Denver Mattress product to replace our old Denver Mattress, it held up to the 10 year promise so we figured it was a solid purchase!
