They did a great job on a repair on my vehicle however really disappointed that they went through all the items in my vehicle even though all they needed was to fix front bumper and fender. Missing items but since I signed a clause that they are not responsible if something goes missing can't do anything about it.

So after 3yrs of trying to get my truck body work warranted and get it fix properly to have a mirror image of both sides of the truck when I say mirror image it should look like the factory side and looks. The body shop before couldn't get it right. So I took it to a different location ended up bringing it here for warranty work. Said it would take 4-6 days took 7 but not mad at all. From the beginning of walking into the greeley location I already felt like my truck was in good hands. I got update on where my truck was at in the process and Darren even said to me I'm going to need it a extra day I see things I don't like so I know you won't like it so they kept it for a extra day. Got a call the next morning first thing in the morning telling me my truck will be ready just later in the afternoon. I was fine with that. Oh and Darren was nice enough to put me in a rental for the time it might have been a soccer mom rental but it was more then the other location did. I highly recommend this gerber location for body I've been in automotive for 24yrs and from walking into that front office Angel the front lady very respectful and communicates very well with customers and Darren is a very respectful guy and I'm glad he went over every thing and communication was on point. Told me if I have any problem with the work don't hesitate to bring it back instead of what do you want me to do. Once again I highly recommend Gerber collision Greeley for body work. Very respectful and honest and communication is key thank you Darren and Angel and the rest of the team to give me that mirror image I was looking for. And upon picking it up the truck was detailed above and beyond highly appreciated ? thank you

They Couldn't get my car to start to do anything they left my door unlocked for days. I had gut feeling, so had my kid drive me over and locked it myself my insurance had it towed to them, and I was told my insurance won't do anything. I was told not alot and was told my key would be waiting under my seat so I could go pick up my dead car but they never left the key where they said they would causing frustration on my part my insurance is to take care of the tow not me so I have a feeling why they kept my key fab they only found Nickle size damage of paint off back bumper from accident. My friend suggested i put new battery in we did and i drove home tbc... they were real nice to chat to and very understanding I would recommend here even tho nothing was done officially. Very accommodating to situation they work with alot of insurances just not progressive thankfully I didn't have that kind back on Monday to pic up my key fab

Great experience, I had a dent in the front quarter panel that wouldn't allow me to open the door. I didn't need it to be beautiful, just functional. I went to Gerber, and a very nice lady looked at it and said, "Think I got this, let me grab a tool." Less than five minutes later, she came and said, "You're all set." My door works great, and when I asked what it cost, she just said to leave this review. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending everybody to Gerber.

I called and was able to get pricing and availability. Both windshields are in stock. I even received an email quote. Appointment availability was very convenient too!

Horrible experience. Their customer svc and everyone in the front office has no clue what is going on. They were so rude and not very knowledgeable or explanative on some things we asked. They treated us more like we were a inconvenience. We went with a different local body shop company with our insurance claim sense these guys were just acting like clowns. DO NOT USE THEM. They also quoted 8-12 weeks for repairs which made no damn sense at all.

Very quick and amazingly well done service. Our AC went out in Honda CR-V one week before a road trip. They worked with our extended warranty to get everything fixed just in time. Customer service was top notch.
