Trying to buy a used car. Car was 14 years old and around 9,000 in price. Ghent tried to "pack the payment'. The total price of the car was over 20,000 dollars after they added line items like accessories for 3000 and warranty for 5000 being two of the big ones. I understand them wanting to sell an over priced warranty. But the accessories were not itemized and looked very sketchy. Went to another dealer ship in Fort Collins and they wrote up an offer sheet that was fair and transparent with none of this trying to pack the payment. Does this really ever work? Don't waste your time going to this dealership.

Tiffany and Noe were absolutely amazing at helping me buy my first car. They both were great at explaining every little detail and making sure that everything was accurate with what I wanted. They both were very passionate and wise about the industry all in all. Thank you for the great experience and I highly recommend going to Ghent Motors!

I was having a rough day today and I had a lot of errands to get done. One of them was an oil change , and I came in and Victoria welcomed me with a great smile and is so outgoing and made my day so much better ! I wanted to share the amazing experience I had at Ghent Cadillac and dealing with Bryan Durfee at the service counter. He was very knowledgeable and friendly during every interaction that I had with him. Very professional. I will definitely be bringing my car to him and Ghent Cadillac for all of my vehicles service needs and when I look into buying a new vehicle it will definitely be from this dealership. All around an excellent experience.

Just wanted to share that we recently have to bring in a car to be serviced and Bryan Durfee at the desk helped us in a very professional manner. We had many questions and he answered all of them without making us feel dumb because we don’t know much about cars. All in all a great experience and love the service!

I had to take my car in to be serviced and was so lucky that Bryan was there to help. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew exactly what was happening throughout the entire process. He was friendly and answered all my questions. Will continue to take my car here.

I do not recommend going to there services department for repairs for your car!! I bought a used car from somewhere else and wanted them to do an inspection/ diagnostic for me. I made this appointment a week before giving them my car and they didn’t start on my car til after 3 days. I had a 7 day return policy for my car and told them I wanted them to do it within that time frame. I ended up having to put a claim on my car to see if my warranty would cover it and it took them practically 2 days just for them ti call them. When they starting working on my car they had horrible communication the whole time I had to call them but every time I would call they would just say for me to leave a message and they will get back to me but never would. When I finally decided I would get my car back from them I called them in the morning to let them know so my car can be ready but they didn’t answer. I called again around 1 and they answered saying they will have the car ready by 3:30 or 4. I go there and they end up telling me that the technician has my keys in his toolbox and it’s locked. They didn’t want to make him come back just for the keys but they told me they can drive my car to me the next day that they are open.

Worst place to buy a car. Contracts and hand shakes mean nothing here. If you want to wait 2 and a half weeks after you make a deal to receive the car with several trips back and fourth and in and out of the service department this is the spot. Never been lied to so much at one place. The GM did everything except make this right.

I took in my truck in order to have a recall taken care of and an extra fob/key programmed.I was helped by Victoria, who was extremely nice and explained everything that would taken care of and reviewed cost. She was very friendly and polite. Victoria even grabbed someone to give me a ride home when she found out I was going to call an Uber/Lyft.I appreciate her kindness and patience immensely!! Thank you!

The sales representative outstanding great service...now on the other hand the service department is the worst its ever been. I've purchased over 30 new vehicles from the Ghent dealership and for about the last two and a half years the service department has gone down hill. I have probably done my last buy there....
