Lots of treasures to be found here! Helpful/kind staff. Lots of clothes and housewares but minimal furniture. My only complaint is that Goodwill closed the dressing rooms in all of Colorado. I’d buy much more if I could try things on first!

Overpriced. Won't let customers use dressing rooms, but will only give store credit if you have to return something because it doesn't fit.

Overpriced for broken and dirty things. I asked what the return policy was in a toy if we brought it home and put in batteries and it didn't work and the sales associate Allie was completely rude and inconvenienced. She walked away from me mid conversation and couldn't be bothered to respond politely. I left my cart with the items I was going to buy in the store and walked out because of her.

When my Husband and I was checking out our the manager and another employee stood the the exit doors just staring at us. It made us feel very uncomfortable. The store didn't have anything new put out. We go every week . But this time was a bad experience. The lady checking us out was slow , like she was on medication.

I'm no longer able to shop at any of the Colorado Goodwill's due to their recent installation of contraptions for fragrance. I get immediate headache and dizziness. Big allergic reaction. Big overkill

DON’T COME TO THIS STORE! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a thrift store and will NEVER shop here again. I am pregnant and shopping for maternity clothes. I spent about 20 minutes picking out different items with my mom and noticed that they were spraying some sort of poison in the air. We both immediately started to have a reaction, getting an instant headache and feeling like we couldn’t breathe well. I had already spent all this time picking out clothes so I thought I would try them on and then quickly leave. I had a cart full to try on but found that their fitting rooms are blocked off and permanently closed. I went to ask an associate if there was another changing area she said “No, you cannot try on the clothes.” I asked them if I can return the clothes for my money back if they don’t fit. No. Only for store credit. I asked what they were spraying into the air and she said a sanitizer, but would not tell me often it sprays or what was in it. It sprayed at least 3 times in the 30 minutes or so we were there. The associate was extremely rude and would not give any explanation for their new policies. Don’t waste your time at this goodwill. They used to be a store I enjoyed shopping at, but never again at this location.

Unfortunately the fitting rooms are permanently closed. There's really no reason to try and find clothes somewhere you can't try them on since sizing varies so much by brand. The housewares items are limited and too pricey to justify returning to this goodwill. :( it's a shame, but I would recommend another bargain or thrift clothing place to shop. Sucks ti have lost this one ?

I hate the new design. Can't find what you want and their return policy is a bunch of baloney I won't be shopping here again

I had not been to Good Will for awhile & recently there. I was impressed how clean & organized. Staff are friendly. Made purchases & price was very fair. I also have items to donate & will be bringing them here as is the best donation center in town. Thank you.

Goodwill, more like greedwill. This location used to be my favorite. They were reasonably priced and clean, but now its almost cheaper to shop retail or platos closet. Im confused are you in the business to sell stuff or keep it on the shelves for weeks before it goes to the bins to sell for next to nothing?? No wonder your racks are so tight nothing is selling! Pricers need to be retrained because this is just ridiculous.

Decent service. Fairly clean place. Facilities aren't bad either. Decently clean selection of items as well.

Dear Goodwill: I've stopped shopping at your stores and will be donating only to DAV from now on. I've been a long time supporter .. donating and purchasing. Oh, but that wasn't enough, so now you want me to also "round up" when buying something? I don't think so. The worst part is that your prices are no longer affordable for the many people who need a hand. Way to support our local community by gouging people on items you receive for free. ??

This location makes up their own rules about what they accept and what they do not accept. It is very capricious and left up to the whim of the person unloading. It does not even appear on GoodWills main site.

We had a nice small solid oak desk and solid oak filing cabinet to donate. We pull up and the young kid glances at them and said they won’t take them because they are water damaged. They are NOT water damaged and he didn’t even really look at them. Won’t donate to them ever again. Really think the kid just didn’t want to deal with unloading in the cold.

Loved shopping here. A few months ago they changed the layout. Now it's confusing and hard to maneuver. It is hard to find what you need. Wish they would change it back.
